You have a very good group at the Taylor location I hope Amy stay for the long haul.
Carl CPlace is dirty, I get that it's a mechanic shop but it doesn't take much to make atleast the office professional looking. The place is kinda small but space can work with what you got. Personell were nice, polite and helpful.
Brandon RVery professional and friendly. Assisted hooking a tow dolly and my vehicle to the truck. Highly recommend these folks to anyone! Great experience!

Robert TThe entire facility is like a junk yard, office space is a disgusting mess, they didn't understand what was set up by the customer service center, they couldn't find the keys to the truck for quite sometime, the truck was nearly out of fuel and when we were billed it was 3 x what we had been quoted. Probably will never rent from Uhaul again.

Elias MI know it was not the location's fault, but the locking mechanism and the lever holding the door up need to be replaced. We could not pull down the door. Called the store and he told us what to do and still nothing. He then drove to our location and fixed it. That's Taylor for you. The bottom locks were rusty and difficult

Shaloom UThe cost of the trailer was to expensive. Since when does it cost $213 for a trailer? Never using Uhaul again!
Lee WI reserved the 6x12 trailer at the Pflugerville location about a month in advance. I received a call the day before stating I had to go to the Taylor location 20 miles out of my way and then return it back to this location or get charged the extra one way fee. When a reservation is made a company should up hold that reservation. How you would feel if you made a hotel reservation and the day before the hotel called and said sorry we don't have a room for you? UHaul should of went and got the trailer and had it ready at the Pflugerville location or should of gave me a price break for having to drive an extra 40 miles out of my way or let me use a truck at the price of the trailer or sometime. I would not recommend UHaul to anyone.
Spencer HU-Haul initially overbooked my reservation at another location and forced me to use a location that was further away (extra cost because of the pay-per-mile). Pfluger location was very easy to work with and owner was a super nice guy.

Allen JI would only deal with this location directly for booking online the day before had us drive to a location for a truck that they didn't have. The owner is super nice and always accommodating.
Farhan KThe original pick location that I scheduled pick up from my home was 2 miles they had me go to a different location 28 miles form my home. The store was a dump very dirty and disorganized. The truck was dirty as well as front windshield and side mirrors. I had to insist that they clean them.
Lori KWe rented 24 blankets and did not receive 24. Attendant said he ran out and shorted us 6 and then gave no refund.

Ava RAt first, I wasn't sure if the staff even knew I had walked in. The interior of the building was lacking in cleanliness. Dirty papers everywhere. I don't want to just bash on the place. A positive was that once we were doing the final inspection, everything went smoothly and the man that helped us out had a pleasant demeanor.
Sarah MI had a set appt and was told due to training I would need to come earlier or the next morning. I was working so coming earlier wasn't an option, so it was rescheduled to Friday morning at 8am. This was pushing it. I got to the location, did mobile check in, walked inside to get my keys and had to wait an hour to be told no more trucks were available. I was sent to another city to pick up a truck and the place was horrible. I'm never using U-Haul again.

John ONot much room for parking. No labeled drop box for the key. I just dropped the key in a mail slot on the front door hoping that was the correct place. Inside also looked incredibly messy.
