The man from Phase One Auto Sales was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. He did everything he could and more to make my situation as pleasant and quick as possible. I appreciate all of his hard work and I would absolutely rent from him again. However I will not be renting from U-Haul again because they failed me on several occasions today, during what should've been a quick and easy self-service rental/return.

I want to give praise : the team at Phase One is above and beyond. They made sure I had the right truck and helped me get my reservation and keys in a flash and I was on the road. Turns out they were supposed to offline the day I rented, and they made a special effort to get my truck to me without no problems or delays. I recommend these folks highly. 5 stars Layne R

Excellent Service by the location owner.

I placed the order for a U-Haul truck the previous day to arriving at this location. Upon arrival there are two buildings, which is a bit confusing. We knocked on doors to both buildings and no one answered. We called the telephone number listed on the side of the building. The owner of the establishment answered and was not even aware of our reservation, nor was he at the location. It took several minutes for him to look up our reservation, then he contacted the mechanic who works for him whom he said was currently at the location. A few minutes later the mechanic came out of the side of one of the buildings we had knocked on the door of. It took several more minutes and phone calls from him to his boss to figure out how to go about the rental process. When we were finally able to get the truck, the inside was dirty from the last people who rented it. There were little white rocks all over the seat and the floorboard. Especially during this pandemic, if I were the owner of this facility I would make sure my rental vehicles are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly after each use. I will say that the owner and the mechanic were friendly and did their best to help. However, I would recommend paying closer attention to when a reservation is made, DEFINITELY clean out and sanitize vehicles after someone uses them, and make sure everyone at the establishment is fluent on how the rental process works. We ended up being at this establishment for over 30 minutes before we could leave with the truck.

My original location was changed to this location, when arriving at 10 am to pick up my rental no one was there to help. Someone did arrive, but when getting the Truck ready it was not drivable due to b to backfiring engine. The towdolly drivers side turn light did not operate as well

They were supposed to be open until 7:00 pm, they were closed before 5:00.
