My major complaint is that my pickup location and trailer size were changed and I was never told. I checked less than 24 hours from my designated pickup time since I was driving 5+ hours to pick up and wanted to be sure all was good, and I was told that I was getting a smaller trailer (that would not have fit my stuff) and I had to pick up at a different location. I had to make several calls to get the trailer size that I had originally reserved, and had to drive an extra hour to get it.

Don’t promises me a pick up date and time and then change the location to 30 minutes away the morning of the pick up. Then give me a u hauls with the wrong miles on it and a representative that does not know how to fix it. The drop off went smoothly with the Binghamton location

I drove the truck less than 25 miles filled it up with gas it took 8 gals $19.00 that's like 3 miles per gallon not very efficient. I think someone did not fill it when they brought it back

I was charged for 2 days I paid online with my credit card the person working the counter said they needed my credit card I told them I had paid online. They insisted they still needed the credit card they entered the card and now Uhaul has I though they would took the liberty of charging me twice. Now I have to take more of MY TIME! to fix your mistakes. Also the trailer was returned before the store opened as I was told I would not be charged if it was dropped off before the store opened the next day or I would have dropped the trailer off that same night. The trailer according to your email receipt was not turned into 10:15 the next day. I took did take pictures of the security cameras that clearly would have captured me return the trailer at 5:45 AM not 10:15AM. Total miss communication and again another thing I need to deal with on my time to get my money back because your people do not know how to run there franchise.

It was a great experience to do business with this location for our Uhaul rental! Missy went above and beyond to assist us in setting up our rental and helping us work with Uhaul!
