They don’t check the vehicle before or after the trip and the try to charge you for random parts, even though they know they don’t inspect the u-haul before the trip nor after the troop.

I have been a customer since 2016, and until now, I had never been treated with such disrespect, anywhere. I do not agree to these charges. first of all, I was disgusted by the way that the lady that gave me the truck treated me. She screamed and yelled at me at the store in front of at least 3 people, tried to take 1000 dollars as a deposit for the rental, gave me the wrong truck, and then called me while I was on the road, and screamed at me again, yelling that it was my fault that she made a mistake and gave me the wrong keys. She yelled that she was going to cancel everything and I had to assume the consequences. I have never paid so much to be insulted by a service provider. Since she made a contract on one truck and gave me the keys to another one, the charges on the gas bill are unacceptable. I refilled more gas on the truck than it originally had. I received the truck almost an hour after the reservation, because she took forever to process the service (because she was too busy yelling at me), and I still turned the truck almost an hour before the return time that she decided, which was the original return time. I would like a full refund for this service and an apology from that nasty lady. This is not the kind of treatment that usually characterizes your company and I expect a full correction of this situation.

The truck was dirty inside the cab and in the back of the truck. The check engine light was on the entire time and the ac barely worked. The truck drove rough and if you don't load the truck either everything will move. You could tell this place took no pride in cleaning their truck. I will be not be using U-Haul again at this location and will be more selective where I rent a truck.

This location is probably the worst you whole location you have in the United States. First of all the truck was very dirty and infested with roaches upon picking up the truck. My initial reservation went from $102-$145 because they charged for 12 blankets that I did not ask for and when I return the truck, they wanted to charge extra for the mileage as well. What was supposed to be a 2 to 5 minute return process ended up taking more than an hour, because none of the people gave me the attention needed because it is not a U-Haul location, it is a contracted body shop and repair location that serves U-Haul customers as a side business. When I pointed out the fact that I did not take any blankets, they did not take the appropriate measures to correct the mistake, but kept telling that it was my fault that the 12 blankets were there. I ended up having an argument with a person named Claudia who was very rude and disrespectful and said "let's not cry over this". So complaining about being overcharged is crying now? Another thing , the gas tank was a quarter to full when picked up impossible to put it exactly the same. You fill it up all the way, which is what I did and that cost me extra money as well. Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience, and I would never return to this location.

The rental location was fine. I have problem with Uhaul and their over the phone costumer care team. I had an issue that was the error of Uhaul and I called for the issue to be rectified and it was not. In fact, Uhaul not only wasted my time but wasted my money by not accommodating me for the inconveniences cause by their own errors… Totally dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend anyone to use Uhaul in the future!

The truck that we used had many clothes in the back. We also saw cigarette butts and it smelled like urine. We believe people slept in the truck overnight. We just checked that when we opened the back to load the furniture we had to move. Next time we will have to check at the location before getting the truck so this won't happen again.

Reservation wasn't ready, took one hour to have the truck ready, only one furniture dolly available. The person at the store told me that first Phoenix Auto Care customers and U- Haul customers after them when she started to attend a customer and stopped attending me, all that in front of the other customer. Very poor attention and bad mood.

She has no customer service, she did not know what was going on. She complained about her job and how she did not ask to do U-Haul as part of it. Was standing there and waiting on her. Had to ask someone to go get her and when she came back. Instead on letting me know what's going on, she made a gesture with her hand as if I would understand, the whole time she is on her cell phone on a personal phone call.

I had ordered a dolly and they didnt had the one i have ordered the person who was at the front counter told me that you can remove at the checkout but there is no way i can do online and i lost few dollars. When i picked up i asked her to remove but she didnt entertain me. Also the van was smelling badly i picked it up when i asked to change she said you need to wait i have other auto customers which was big line with 4 to 5 people. I dont think uhaul should assign this store the uhaul pickup service. This was first i did uhaul my first gone bad with this store.

They lady that helped us was very efficient and friendly. I was worried about renting from a place other than actual u haul but, we will be back! Thanks for the great customer service.

Firstly, I had reserved the truck for 9:00 AM, but the documents were not ready until 9:27 AM. Additionally, the truck was filled with car tires, which took over 30 minutes to unload. I returned the truck at 3:50 PM, not at 4:08 PM as indicated in the invoice. Therefore, the actual usage time was less than 6 hours. I am questioning why I am being charged for waiting time and why the truck was not prepared on time. The distance I drove was less than 60 miles, not 104 as stated in the invoice. The odometer read 118 138,1 miles when I picked up the truck, and it read 118 196,6 miles upon return. I am puzzled as to how 104,6 miles were calculated. The truck was almost empty when I received it, and I had to refuel it out of pocket. Despite this, I was charged for 10 gallons of fuel and a refuelling service fee. I believe that if I am charged for these services, they should be properly delivered. I reserved a furniture dolly with my order, which was not provided, yet I was charged for it. This necessitated a trip to Home Depot to purchase one, which took additional time.
