Very friendly and helpful service .
Jason CMissing a wiper on passenger side. A belt was making a terrible noise and the transmission wasn't sounding or feeling too good when the tow/haul button was turned on even tho the directions say to have it on when you have the truck full of stuff and/or have a trailer hitch on which I had both.
Brenda OCheck in person was super-helpful, despite the fact that our drop-off location was changed by U-Haul to be a 45 minute drive from the town we moved to.
Leeman HI worked with Joe to make the arrangements. He was always available and very helpful. I must add that I initially contacted a different U Haul location in Wytheville and spoke with a very nice lady, however, every further attempt to make contact resulted in an answering machine saying I could not leave a message. Rest assured I will always use Pick N Pack in the future and recommend them to others.
Deborah VToo much you have to do to rent a UHAUL. The process should be way better, this is 2023.... There was a lot of hidden fees. Just way too much.

Tabitha SThe clamp bolt on the ball was not tightening up properly. It appears that the bolt may be stripped a bit, but not sure. I lubed it, but still could not keep it properly tight. Should probably be checked and possibly replaced -- a safety concern.

douglas lEveryone here is very helpful and worked quickly to arrange the trailer rental, even through internet problems.
Jonathan HI understand we all need off. But on Saturday morning if someone would reserve equipment to pick up early Saturday. But the people at 137 Freight Dr. Has done an excellent job for me. And the internet needs much more improvement from U Haul.
