I was overcharged for mileage and fuel. The operator of this location was very rude and seems as if his intent is to manipulate the system with mileage and and fuel overcharges.

I returned the truck at 9:30 am and at 11:18pm I am still waiting for my receipt. I would like to have the option of getting my printed receipt at the time of drop-off from the location.

No ha dtryck. No tie downs. No protective covers. Check engine light stayed on. Was only going to rent for 1 day but had to rent for 4 days. No handtruck and stuff slowed down moving process. Tried calling store where I rented it from and an argued with me. They even had paper work and email in another woman's name. Juanita setting. My ne is Wanda Gentle. Don't know why they messed that up. Made copy of my driver's license. Then charged me $?300 or a little over. I was over charged and I would not had to rent it longer if equipment had been in there. I had to buy all that. I am an old woman and have been sick for weeks. Walking with cane. Depending in daughter to move my stuff. I feel I should not been charged that much. Their fault. Plus I had to buy a hand truck and tie downs. Some of my pictures and planter and decorative things got broke. Can't believe they charged me that much. I am disabled and only get one check a month. Very disappointed in the people that rented to me!!!!!

The worst business I have ever been to in my life. The truck has cigarette ash all over the cup holders and smelled like B.O. The owner of the location showed NO CONCERN when I told him this as he stood outside his business smoking. This place is disgusting and should be shut down. ZERO customer service, FILTHY trucks!

When you call someone to tell them you don't have a truck at the location they reserved one at, you should lead with giving extra miles and extra day to make up for the stress of having to travel 30 miles out of the way to get what you need! I was extremely stressed out trying to scramble at the last minute to find a ride to pick up the truck!

Not ready for pickup - was blocked in. Also you cannot choose to do a contactless pickup, they require you to interact with someone and wait in line regardless.

This is a horribly unsuitable pickup location. The attendant took forever to check out the truck because he was the only person missing the store and prioritized people checking out. The store has insufficient parking for the truck which was pulled forward onto grass and blocked in by patrons of the shop. Once I finally got the keys checked the truck and was ready to depart, I had to wait over 15 minutes to back out. I renters the store and asked for help getting the truck out because it was blocked in. I received no help and had to continue to wait for patrons to finish and depart. The only way to leave was to back out blindly onto a public road. I would NEVER use this location and I would advise others to make every effort to avoid.

Gave me the truck below E. Was so rude. Took 45 min to even get the truck. Refused to inspect it with me. Truck clearly needs maintenance. Alignment totally off.

the interior of the truck was not clean, we took pictures and shared. We were charged a $5 cleaning fee but not sure if the previous person was charged the same and the truck actually cleaned

Lady at pickup location was rude and truck was filthy apparently they do not take pride in there rentals. Normally I rent from Roys Enterprises in lexington but do to needing truck on a sunday they were closed. Roys provides excellent customer service and always has clean well maintained equipment.

Make sure the truck don’t have any leaks the cab not only had a bad leak around the windshield but the cargo area leaked as well and ruined a new mattress and a few other items

Need to have an extra person on hand to handle U-Haul. I as the customer have the responsibility to return the vehicle in good working condition. I am not responsible for collecting information for you or making sure it is parked the correct way .

I normally use penski which has much better maintained equipment but due to covid I had to use uhaul. Never again will I make that mistake. 1,09 a mile is way to fucking much for that death trap of a truck. Pick up site was gas station so my credit card would not go though because capital one said 300 plus charge from gas station looks like fraud. People at pick up site barely spoke English. Uhaul is shit. Fuck you and the foreigners at the pick up site. A/c didn't work in that truck and it rained and my stuff IN truck got wet. Inside the cab of truck smelled like a stinky nigger. To be clear....fuck Uhaul!

This site charged me incorrectly. I had to call back several times for 1 week and ask them to correct it before anything was done to help. 2 weeks later, I was charged > $1800 for a truck I didn't use. I believe they mismanaged my paperwork, and I was held responsible for a different person's moving expenses. This has cost me several hours of trouble and calls to my bank to freeze my account due suspicion of fraud. I dont recommend this location and never plan on using Uhaul to move again.

My comment is Uhaul needs to take a look at their rule on gas allowance. I needed to return the truck 3/4 full with fuel. I put 20 dollars in the tank and it was between half and 3/4. To be charged an additional 32 dollars in my opinion was uncalled for. I will never rent from Uhaul again. For a fuel tank that was between half and 3/4 full you should allow some give!
