When we got there to drop the truck off we had to wait an unexceptionable amount of time for someone to get to the counter. But we were told that on that day they were understaffed. And when the lady finally got to the counter. I told her why we were there and she walked behind a partition without saying a word and left us just standing there. We didn't know if we were just being ignored or what was going on. My wife got upset and walk away and that's when the lady came back around the partition and started explaining to me what was going on. And then she went to check the mileages and we were just left standing there for another period of time. But with them being under staffed we understand. Even with the waiting it was a much better experience dropping the truck off then it was picking the truck up
Michael JUhaul truck battery was dead, and the truck was out of gas despite the reported report of 3/8 of a tank of gas. Then had to fill with gas, but truck would not start again after getting gas. Had to jump start truck with my own.

Jeanette MDon't claim the vans are a gentle ride and advertise as such. Roughest ride I've ever experienced had broken furniture because of this.
Nathan HMike was so helpful in setting up my rental. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Showed great patience with me and was kind enough to wait for me after I had to leave the site to secure some needed parts that I didn"t realize were missing on my vehicle. A really positive experience ! Would definitely recommend Mike and this location!
DONALD OTruck was baked into some arborvitae trees with the rear door open 3 feet, had to sweep out before use. Two 1/2 gallon jugs in back of box not sure what was in them, could have been pee jugs, passenger wiper blade was partially ripped off, meatal to windshield.
Timothy PI was forced to drive hours out of my way and miles yet still was expected to pay for the extra mileage even though the reason I had to was out of my control. My initial truck was returned in poor condition yet I have to pay for that mistake.
