David Audrey B.You added an extra step via the app that wasn't in the video where they wanted a copy of a passport or two references and their phone numbers to call. It was frustrating as we were in a hurry and had to wait for verification. After reading the agreements you had to "x" out after reading. If you backspaced instead it went to the begining and you had to start all over with the check in process.

Dennis S.Was missing furniture dolly and had truck and had grass clippings in the back. I had to drive to another location to pick them up and got billed for the miles.
Bryce W.I had problems when picking up the truck. I had to get the stores manager to help me and he was less than thrilled that I needed help. I wanted to speak to someone at U-Haul about the issue and there was a 40 minute wait time on the phone. Even though I stopped in a day before to confirm the rental, U-Haul insisted on a second person to verify me. My Spouse was still sleeping and doesn't answer the phone when he is sleeping. The other methods of verification were impossible as all the items were already packed away. That part of your system needs to be improved on.

Debbie B.Checking in to get my vehicle was a nightmare. My license see had a crack in it so so the barcode could not be read. I tried setting my wife as a 2nd driver and they had to call a 3rd party to verify her.. verifying took forever . It was a waste of 45 minutes..

Mark A.The people at my drop off were assholes in Crystal Fall, Mi. They were bitching that I didn't have my paperwork. They tried to lie, and say I owed them fuel when I put more than enough in. When I started to dial my pick up point they found the correct account. My pick up point in Oak Creek were awesome though.

Jillian R.Online order must be confirmed with the location. I ordered 2 Dollies and was charged for them. The location had no dollies only the type for refrigerators. The location stated they do not see the part of the order requesting dollies. At least that is what I was told. I am still awaiting reimbursement for the charges.

MAHAMED K.Last minute we were told we had to change the pick up location. We should have been told earlier as this changed many of our plans. It was much further away than original location. Also, We did not receive the 2 Utility Dollies or the 2 dozen furniture blankets that we ordered. When I called customer service the best they could do was make up go pick out up in A COMPLETELY different location and again, very far from our home. We never were able to get the items and have not been refunded! I called Customer service again and they told me when we return the truck we could talk to someone to get Refund but it was just a drop off, so there was no one to talk to. I'm very frustrated.
