The requested moving supplies were not include and there was no advance notice of such. The location is literally full of abandoned vehicles in a rather sketchy area. There was no one available to assist by phone when supplies weren't available. Agent didn't answer phone and there's no voicemail set up. Exiting the lot required me to blindly back across a six lane thoroughfare. I did not feel safe picking up the vehicle.

Peter D.George provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever received. I called the U-Haul number for the location where I picked up the truck late in the evening and George called me back to talk me through the return process and ensure that he would help me close out my rental. I had issues with my phone camera and could not take photos to confirm that the cab and the inside of the truck was clean but he checked for me first thing the next morning and followed up to confirm everything was taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!!

Constanza G.The truck's cab reeked of cigarette smoke and it only had 11 000 miles on it when I got it, however, the transmission was already trashed. The location was unidentifiable. It looked like a junkyard (actually was a junkyard) on a dead-end street and it was difficult to know where to go or who was there.
