George TJames went over his requirements to help me obtain the rental. Someone at U-Haul decided to change my reservation. Move it to a location that closed at 4:00. I don't get off work till 4:00. That's why I had a reservation for 5:00. James upon hearing and understanding the problem even offered to come get me since I didn't have transportation. Then offered to stay late trying to accommodate me. Can't really say anything bad about him.

Nancy FNothing really. The property owner/manager couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and hard working. I've rented dozens of U-Haul vehicles, and I've never been in and out of a location so quickly and efficiently.
Eric GI always use this location for my construction equipment rental. The service is great, the equipment is serviced ready to go and fast turn around time. In and out.
David BJames (the manager) was very friendly, helpful and easy to work with when I had to extend my rental. 10/10 would recommend this location over some of the others in the area.

ed bThere is nothing to improve on. From the time I arrived until the time I was driving away, was about 10 minutes. I cannot remember the name of the employee, but he was courteous and efficient. I would absolutely rent from this location again.

john cEverything went flawlessly. I ordered online and went a little early for pick-up. The attendant was very helpful and the item I rented was ready for pickup even though I was about 45 minutes early. When I dropped off the trailer, the attendant was in the parking lot and ready to assist with drop-off.
Jack WI've used uhaul quite a few times in the last six months. This location (and the gentleman at the counter) was BY FAR the most pleasant, personable, and helpful in town. Excellent customer service, super fast and friendly. A+++

Carol LUpon arriving to pick up the trailer we reserved, we noted a small leak in the radiator of the truck we were driving. Store manager James and his assistant brought us a jug full of water to refill the radiator reservoir. They refilled the jug once and stood by us until reservoir was filled. Kudos to James, his assistant and the U-Haul establishment.

Conny PWe moved here 3 weeks ago, and rented a storage unit until we found a place. Not only was James very professional, he has been extremely helpful. We hired movers from the uhaul site and they didn't show. One was in contact with me but kept pushing the time back. James had someone he referred us to a mover that was amazing. James has been very helpful from dropping off the Uhaul renting us a storage space and renting another truck so we could we move to our new place. I highly recommend him and his location
