Ingrid PAlmost every single receipt we are overcharged for something, pads we don't use, utility dolly we don't use, an extra day when we turn the truck in 1 hr late...We are a church who rents the truck to feed poor people and you all are trying to get extra money out of us...A Church! It's Disgraceful...Needless to say...We won't rent here any more....

MARK WDo maintenance service on your vehicles!!! We were stranded on the turnpike after the truck broke down for over 6 hours. We haven't received any compensation for the time lost and stress encountered throughout the whole experience.
