Truck was absolutely filthy dirty. Had to clean it out and sweep the back out ourselves before we could load it. Noticed the tires were bald on the back of truck. Place didn't seem to care about the customer or the service they were providing.

I requested a 20' truck a week early at a location 1 mile from my home. I was given a pickup location 15 miles from my home then charge extra for additional mileage. Lady at this location spoke broken English. Communication was difficult.
I was not the one to return truck so I cannot provide any insight to the return location.
address via google gps takes you in the wrong direction once in Pineville. Had to call for correct directions.
Uhaul associate was 45 minutes late..didn't have the equipment on hand that was reserved (two dollies), and couldn't get the online portal to work until calling for help. Pickup was scheduled for 8am for a 12x6 trailer, and I didn't leave with the trailer until almost 10am...
Great Location, easy to find and get equipment picked up/dropped off. Customer service was excellent, highly reccomend!
They didn't have any idea what they were doing. It took an extra 35 minutes to get going because the person working had to call someone else in, and he still didn't know what was going on. And we were never supplied a dolly so we paid extra for equipment we didn't receive.
