The truck was there but the lock at the back was turned around and therefore I was unable to access the key. The responsible person did a great job to solve the problem, however i left 1 hour later and this changed my whole day, missing an important part of my daughters birthday party. Despite the great reactivity of the responsible person I expect at least a 50 % reimbursement on my costs. Thank you John Kramer

I had trouble with the app and the wonderful lady with the smokers voice came to help me. She was so professional and she was patient with me and extremely helpful. She needs a medal! (Tech and me are not friends I tell you.)

the staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. The problem was when i got to the storage site my cotter pin for the trailer attachment was missing and the trailer could have disconnected at any time. I called the dealer and they said it was not on the ground where i picked up the trailer. your people had done the attachment. this was the problem.

Lady at Pick-up location changed the drop off location from Kerrville to Kirbyville even after I spelled Kerrville for her twice and gave her the correct zip code! When checking the trailer lights she hesitated to say left turn signal was good twice then gave me thumbs up ðŸ' later I discovered left turn signal was not working, she clearly didn't want to deal with a faulty turn signal and sent me away with faulty equipment!!! Not cool!

drop off locations aren't as big a deal as pick up locations - so I would use it again if needed.
