Pinnacle location was awesome! The lady who helped when I picked it up was so nice and helpful. The gentleman who helped when I dropped it off was also extremely nice and helpful. All around great place. Having said that, I rented online and originally chose A1 Motors on Chesnee Highway because it was closer to me house. A woman called me a few hours before my scheduled pickup and said the trailer wasn't there yet. I said I would call before I head that way to verify. She then called me and said that I was wrong and I booked for two days later. I sent her my confirmation to show that I was, in fact, correct. She just replied and said she would talk to her boss. No apology for calling me wrong or her mistake. A bit later, I got a call from someone at uhaul that changed to the Pinnacle location. I will forever use Pinnacle from now on. Cannot stress enough how unprofessional that A1 Auto was.
