I didn't pay close attention to the opening hours but the lady inside saw me and let me in early. Her morning time is valuable and I appreciated her so much!!

CHRISTINA EWe went to one location and secured a rental and than had to drive 10 miles to a different location to pick up and drop off adding 20 miles to our trip. You charge per mile and more on the weekend which is why we chose a location close to our home
Israel mVery helpful at Pinnacle Storage and UHaul in Jacksonville, NC. Bad weather was threatening the move we had planned for our daughter into her new apartment. The local rep at Pinnacle (sorry I didn't catch her name) worked a little magic so we could rent the trailer we needed a day early. Well done!

Grayson KMake the online inventory more accurate. When booking online it said our truck was available at the Uhaul rental 4 miles from my house. They called the next morning and said we had to drive an additional 11 miles to pick the truck up, which added 14 miles on the return trip from the house we moved into. Thankfully, employees were willing to help out with the cost of additional mileage, but that shouldn't be an issue.
Rockey CLet me pick up the truck where I want to. This cost me an extra $50 in fuel costs because of the distance.
Andrew BFirst time ever driving a Uhaul the truck drive perfect no issues at all. The front desk customer service was wonderful as well!

Tammie WThis was the absolute worst experience we've ever had. It took us 45 minutes to get the truck and nobody from uhaul support would help us. We also reserved an appliance dolly and did not receive it, only received a regular dolly. We are overall very disappointed in our experience with uhaul. I want a refund for being charged for something that we did not even receive.
Noah SI was originally booked for a pick up location in Sneads Ferry. They moved it to Jacksonville, which was completely out of the way for us. This resulted in a ton of miles placed on the truck at $.99 per mile.
