I was supposed to take the rental trailer to Longs. No one was there at 2:15 pm. After waiting for someone to come to the door, I left to get a late lunch. At 3:09, I got a call from someone who said he was there but I didn't have to come back, I could go to the store at Little River. The people at Little River were excellent.

I had ordered 72 blankets, there were none and they went to the closest U-Haul location to get them. They were loose instead of bagged, there were only 71 and a few of them were filthy. This site was not my requested site as that site had neither the truck or the tow dolly as ordered. I had to go to another site 20 miles away for the tow dolly
