I was returning through the app on my phone but there were issues. I was able to get help from the representatives in the building. The gentleman was very helpful as the app was not letting me continue from the mileage and gas portion. When the representative tried to check in the truck the system was indicating to charge me for a refueling charge which it should not have. A big thank you to the gentleman at the storage place for helping me out.TODD G.
I got no advance warning that I would have to check out over an app and give access to my location and photos. To me that is an invasion of privacy and the fact that you charge an additional 20 $to someone who wants to call is disgusting. This location is in a horrible part of town and the fact that I was being asked to sit there while checking out at 7p at night when the location was closed was ridiculous. I was also overcharged, sent an email documenting that I did not receive the dolly but was charged for it, and the mileage cost and tax were also wrong. I asked for a response letting me know my account would be credited and have heard absolutely nothing. I will not be using uHaul again!!CHRISTINE D.

Had chase my rental truck as in it was not available at location I requested and had to get another location then there was no truck again then I had to go to 3 rd location very stressful and not good business practice . The girl working the counter saved the reputation of U-Haul. She's amazing. However your mobile pickup a truck using your phone link and app is the very absolute worst experience anyone can imagine. Either stop using your mobile checkin or partner with a company that their technology actually works.James K.

The A/C was blowing hot air and it was over 90 degrees outside, not fun when you're working hard. Rear door latch not closing properly, smashed my thumb trying very hard to close it. If took me3 nd a half hours to pickup the truck. Was hung up on after a 49 minute wait on the phone with 1800 Uhaul it took3 more of these calls before i was able to retrive the keyv. And to get payment processed due to wrong verification code being sent . I ended up in tears before i left the place. The most horrible experience i have ever had with Uhaul. And will diffently be the last. And i will let everyone i know to use RyderMELISSA W.

I was able to use the app to complete the pick up, but the approval process took nearly 15 minutes. This would have been fine if the app had mentioned this long of a wait.
