Gas the U-Haul up to the right level 2 miles down the road and was charged for less then the fuel gauge. When first called to confirm, the lady said she had no room take it somewhere else. I said I'm just doing what I was told.

She wanted me to resign up/make a new reservation on the app, once I was there, because she didn't want to type my information in online. The truck was dirty and smelled.

Ronald WI would recommend better customer service with U-Haul customer service line in general. The woman at this facility was extremely kind. However, when I discovered that the truck didn't have the equipment that I had requested, the customer care I received from U-haul's customer service line was atrocious. I'm general, I would recommend this storage facility for storage needs but not I would not recommend U-haul in general. You all need to do better.
Georgia LI reserved an appliance dolly and got the 15' truck only because it had a ramp as I had to move a large refrigerator. There was no appliance dolly and moving this refrigerator was very difficult, hurting my son's back trying to get it moved without the dolly.
Nancy SI was supposed to pick truck up at this location which was not the location that I picked but was called the day prior saying that was the only location that I could pick up the truck from which is 20 miles out of the way. Once I got there at 2:00 pm no one was there to be found, finally got in touch with someone who gave me information how to get the keys from the Dropbox. Once I got keys at 2:40, unlocked the truck and it was FILTHY!!!! Seemed to be sitting for ages, gas was less than 1/4 of a tank which they said was a 1/4 of tank. Cab had not been cleaned, and trailer was so dirty that I wish I could attach the pictures!!!! I have used uhaul a lot and this has been the worst experience!!!!
