My credit card was unfairly charged an extra $49 for gas & drop off fee. We filled gas level to exactly where it was at pick-up time, and had the truck for less than a full day - 8:30a.m to 8:30pm.

Charles HYour app and on-line booking tools are not very useful; they kept bringing me through many steps almost to the end and then I'd get an error. I had to call to make the reservation, which is absurd in 2023.
Josh DWhen I arrived the truck was not assigned to me so I had to go inside and get the truck instead of checking in with my phone. Once we got the truck I found there to be a strong smell of cigarette smoke as well as a sticky substance sprayed on the steering wheel and dash. I found garbage and broken pieces of mirror in the bed of the truck. I have rented numerous u-hauls in the past and while I don't expect them to be a show room ready ride it is quite unpleasant when you have to drive with the windows down for the entire duration of the trip.
