The owner stayed there 20 minutes after they were closed for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing uhaul products. I will definitely use this location again.

Allow prepayment for off hours pick-up. I needed the trailer for very early morning, but the location wasn't open. So, I had to pay for the trailer at 1:00 (which put me on the 24 hour clock) even though I was working from 2:00 to 10:00 pm. I didn't pick up the trailer until 10:00 pm, and didn't even need it until 6:00 am. So, 17 hours of my rental was already burnt up before I even started to use the trailer, and I only had 7 hours to get my moving done. There must be a way around this! Also, having the trailer tongues on some kind of stand would be very handy for someone that has to pick-up the trailer by themselves.

I was overcharged by this location. I was a loyal customer until this location "pit stop" charged me twice as much as previous locations. Some customer courtesy goes along way keeping your customers satisfied.

Owner was somewhat short and impatient with me. Handed the keys to my boyfriend and said he assumed my boyfriend was going to drive the truck. My boyfriend was not listed as a driver, not on any of the paperwork, etc. Owner finally gave me the keys and I asked which truck he just replied the biggest truck out there, the key only works in one truck... and dismissed me. He did pop his head out the door to watch me maneuver the truck out of its space in the line up.. not to guide or help, Just to watch. This was not the location I had picked for pick up but it was the closest with the truck size I needed. I would not recommend this location at all.

Where do I begin? UHaul service reps over the phone made our moving experience regrettable and terrible. I booked a UHaul over a month ago to find out the day before that the pickup location was changed last minute to somewhere 2 hours away, at the same exact time the movers were scheduled. It was a huge issue for us and had to drive to the pickup location the day before, begging to have the truck early and extend it another day. Thankfully we got the truck, the Monroe guys were nice, but inconvenient location. Then we couldn’t fit everything into the truck and since the move was 3 hours away and needed to be out that day, we tried to get another truck. I called UHaul again, hoping for a miracle. After giving my credit card number over the phone and being promised another truck, I was transferred to another person and was on hold to find out that actually the truck I was promised and paid for was not available within 100 mile radius. You need to think of your customers as people that are relying on your service and when something like the location changes, fix it. Also don’t promise trucks, improve your training. This was not handled well and This made our move extra stressful.
