Charles HIve been charged 2 separate times. Once when picking it up qnd then again when i dropped it off. What was supposed to be 165 total, turned out to have an additional 190 something charge when i dropped it off. So it was a total of 355 and for no reason. I did everything like it was supposed to be done

Robert MI barely used any gas was almost charged an extra $50 for a gas refill. I went and put $30 worth in it, all I was told was make it close when I brought it back. It was off by about 1 gallon and was told either pay the fee or put more in. That's fucking outrageous.

LAWRENCE KEverything was fine with the truck - however I requested an appliance dolly with the strap specifically for appliances. The dolly that was in the truck had no straps and a $900 dryer was dropped twice trying to be carried onto the truck and is now trash. I was extremely unhappy with this but we didn't have a choice due to time constraints with moving.

Devin hHi the lady at the store lied just to get my money my drop on location was only 52 minutes away and she was told that when I got home to drop it off I had to call 8 times just to drop it off because lady at the store but my drop off location 5 hrs away this place is a ripoff stay away from this store please it will make your day a nightmare.
Walter PThe gal working there was fabulous, but my truck was the only one there. They only had 6 moving blankets when I had requested 12. It was pretty much a convenient store. The dog behind the counter was so sweet and amazing!

Please recognize this Customer service that helped us this location could you please recognize this customer service person that helped us with our rental you may want her to teach other locations her technique and knowledge and quick service. She went over and beyond her service to us thanks again.
Cheryl SI'm hoping they make credit for me filling the truck with 11 gallons of gas for a 35-mile use. Not very customer-friendly.

Gary BThe location was fine but the UHaul was filthy. I had to sweep hay and dirt out before I could use it to load my furniture. The front cabin smelled of cigarette smoke and had cigarette ashes all over it. I appreciate that someone from the location called before pick up to ensure I was OK with the mobile pick up but I wouldn't recommend the location based on the cleanliness of the truck.
Andrea BOur appointment was at 9. I was having trouble getting the mobile registration to go through and the place didn't open till 20. I finally got it approved but almost 45 minutes later.
Valerie WTell the customer if another drop location will increase the total charge. Wasn't informed and now have a fee for wrong location drop off.

Ken FWorst! Charged me 160 bucks for less than 4 miles. Said no refund on deposit because it was picked up in one town a delivered in another but was not my fault. They said truck was at sharonville so I reserved it paid 160 and hour later they said we HAD to go to middletown to pick it up. Worst customer service ever. Foreign guy "Carl" clearly had no clue what he was saying....i want at least my deposit back but being told no. I will get my word to all friends and family to use Penske next time.
todd bEnsure you have a working system. I waited over an hour to get my uhaul due to computer issues. This delay completely ruined my day.
