Charles H.Ive been charged 2 separate times. Once when picking it up qnd then again when i dropped it off. What was supposed to be 165 total, turned out to have an additional 190 something charge when i dropped it off. So it was a total of 355 and for no reason. I did everything like it was supposed to be done

Robert M.I barely used any gas was almost charged an extra $50 for a gas refill. I went and put $30 worth in it, all I was told was make it close when I brought it back. It was off by about 1 gallon and was told either pay the fee or put more in. That's fucking outrageous.

LAWRENCE K.Everything was fine with the truck - however I requested an appliance dolly with the strap specifically for appliances. The dolly that was in the truck had no straps and a $900 dryer was dropped twice trying to be carried onto the truck and is now trash. I was extremely unhappy with this but we didn't have a choice due to time constraints with moving.

Gary B.The location was fine but the UHaul was filthy. I had to sweep hay and dirt out before I could use it to load my furniture. The front cabin smelled of cigarette smoke and had cigarette ashes all over it. I appreciate that someone from the location called before pick up to ensure I was OK with the mobile pick up but I wouldn't recommend the location based on the cleanliness of the truck.

Ken F.Worst! Charged me 160 bucks for less than 4 miles. Said no refund on deposit because it was picked up in one town a delivered in another but was not my fault. They said truck was at sharonville so I reserved it paid 160 and hour later they said we HAD to go to middletown to pick it up. Worst customer service ever. Foreign guy "Carl" clearly had no clue what he was saying....i want at least my deposit back but being told no. I will get my word to all friends and family to use Penske next time.

I was even flagged by U-Haul for a problem that was caused by an employee at the store as a personal attack. I've had 2 different CAFs open that were never fully addressed and the time you did refund money that should've never been taken, it took a full week or longer for it to be sent to my account. This is unacceptable and this last problem has shown me that I should never use your services again
