I realize this truck was used for local deliveries. The interior of the truck had not been cleaned in a while. There were cob webs on the passenger side, The truck had issues with the exhaust system. It was loud! I parked in front of a senior rest home and was embarrassed starting it and leaving the are as it not respectfully noisy. The windshield wiper washer didn't work--perhaps low on fluid. The cargo area was not clean. There was a dark (what appeared to be) dried liquid on the floor. I had to buy a packing blanket at Harbor Freight to cover the area so that it didn't stain our furniture. The host for the truck rental was not at the pick up station as agreed upon. I had to call and arrange a pick up with the Uhaul representative. The representative Mary was very helpful and gave credit for some things.

Did self drop off so no interqction with personnel. Location is a small old-time convenience store/ex gas station perilously close to a busy 2-lane highway. Lighting is poor. No good space to park truck. Taking photos was hazardous (I was nearly hit by a truck turning down the barely visible road next to the location). I would NEVER use this spot again. There is a very nice U-haul drop off at a well-lit and spacious gas station on Route 60 just 2 miles from this lousy one. I have used this other one before and have no idea why it was not given as an option.

Supposed to be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. No one was there. Used the app to drop off. Poor cell reception at location so drop off took a very long time to upload photos. Not enough space to park the truck that I was dropping off. There is a better drop off location 2 miles away but the app did not offer this as an option. Why not?

Unfortunately this location was over an hour late opening for pickup. However, when they did open, Dennis was very pleasant and helpful and hooked the trailer up for us

When picking up the truck we waited an 30 minutes on the lady in front of us who said she had already been there for 30 minutes. So it took her an hour to get her truck with a reservation. Finally our turn and it took 35 minutes for us get our truck. The lady was on the phone with the main branch because it appeared she had no clear how to do the computer. Once we got the truck it smelled horrible even though it looked clean. It drove with a slight wobble pulling to the right. We also had 3 calls from uhaul throughout the day saying we had truck pick ups pending. Three different times and locations. I had to call each time to clarify we already had our truck. Hated the phone app for dropping off the truck when we were done.
