the truck stunk and was dirty i had to clean it out. they didnt have the correct location of the keys i had to call another location in order to get in touch with 24/7 truck share so i could find where the keys were. the information that was in the system about the truck was incorrect it said that the gas was over a half a tank and it was at a half a tank when we got the truck and thats how we returned it, we were unable to see the pictures of the truck on the app before we left and not to mention when we reserved the truck it took us a over a hour to get a truck to move because the app didnt pull up the correct location in the area where we needed the truck.JEANNELLLEN J.

The vehicle was dirty outside and in. There was a pack of cigarettes on the floor next to the drivers seat, and dirty foot prints on the floor which also means it was not sanitized for Covid-19? How much is that risk to my health worth? Also, the fuel was only at 5/8 of a tank and I refilled to that point and was charged for fuel. I am ANGRY! Will NEVER rent UHAUL again.SUSAN F.

Young lady Emily was very polite but she wasn't knowledgeable about Uhaul operations. She did not know how to check truck in and Uhaul end up calling and texting me at work this morning.. I was going to have to leave work to go get matter straight. I didn't want any extra charges on my end. I turned truck in early yesterday at 12noon. This matter should have been resolved yesterday. I have been renting from Danville Uhaul location through my business for about a year every 2 weeks. Never had an issue.I suggest this location training their employees properly.Cynthia T.
