The truck that we had was extremely old and felt like it was going to break down several times. It was very rickety, loud and an extremely uneasy ride. It was clean enough but I wouldn't say it was clean. The shop where I had to go in and pay was extremely tiny and tight and there were six people in there when I got there. I rented from an actual U-Haul spot a few weeks ago and my experience was perfect, truck was new, well-maintained, ran well and was quiet.
Sarah BrodeurThe equipment was fine, but the rude employees complained that my reservation interfered with their lunch time (as if I'd even know when their lunch time is). At first I thought they must be joking, but their annoyance toward me was obvious throughout the checkout process.

Douglas ZeisThe owner was grumpy, seemed irritated that I was there. I rented a trailer for 10 days. The trailer was in decent shape with the exception the stickers on the trailer were all coming loose. Tires were good and overall function was great. The issue I had was with the owner. When I rented the trailer, he knew when I was returning it but failed to let me know no one was going to be there on my return date. When my brother arrived to drop the trailer off, the facility was closed for the holiday weekend. He dropped the trailer in the lot, took a photo and left. On Tuesday, I received a notice that I was charged a late return fee and an added three days. I called him and he said that we dropped the trailer off in a no parking zone and in front of his door and he had to move the trailer to get in his building. While after looking at the photo, yes the trailer was in front of the door with a yellow curb that you could make out that it said no parking but it in no way impeded him to get into his building. He also said he would not be able to credit the fee since that was all done by UHall. I then called u hall and was asked to send my photo that had a date and time stamp on it and was told the fee would need to be reviewed by management. The three extra days were credited but the late fee was not. I e mailed the manager and he said, "my bad, I did not see the late fee" he then did credit that as well. Overall I did not have a great experience and was upset at the way the whole situation was handled.

william wambleNo uhaul rep at the drop off location. Shared a parking lot with used car dealership and Napa auto so very tight and confusing. Because nobody from uhaul there we didn't know how to complete check out process, dropped keys in lockbox before checking odometer. Had to spend 2 hours with customer service trying to figure out next move. Mauvaise expérience.

Dustin BrysonWe came after hours and could not find where to leave the key. So we parked the truck in the only available safe place to park and decided to bring the key back at opening in the morning. I got a call 2 hours before opening from Doug demanding I bring the key in at that moment- no problem, I got there in less than 10 minutes and was greeted with more yelling. He disagreed with our choice of parking. This lot is incredibly difficult to access with the size of truck and trailer we had rented and we parked in the safest place we could. We could not find the key drop in the middle of the night and with where it was located would not have found it in the day either. It would be helpful to have information where this is in the drop off info. The way in which this was handled by Doug will be the reason we will no longer do business here, and I would rather drive an hour out of my way than return here. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

NIALL MAPPCharged me a cleaning fee when the truck was spotless and swept out and wiped down in the cab. Personnel was rude and rushing me out of the location. Very bad experience overall.

Darryl SmithExtremely poor customer service. Couldn't get anyone to help with my drop off. They saw me pull in, but left out the side door and when I went to to side door, there was a note stating they'd be back in 20 minutes. I called the pick up location on Tucker Blvd, in St. Louis, and he told me to look at the link he'd sent. I looked at the link, and it had already expired. I left the truck and keys in the dropbox, hoping that I was doing process the right. I picked up the truck at 9am and dropped it off by 11:30am the same day, with 3/4 tank of gas, instead of just over 1/2, as instructed, and I was still charged $4 for going 4 miles over the mileage. I will use another business next time.
Kiko SealsThe truck was old, smelled like an ashtray, was empty on gas, and we encountered mechanical issues not even half way into the trip. We should've not been given this truck to drive across country. The catalytic converter was not attached to the exhaust at all once we got the repairman to inspect it.
judy newlinThis location needs training. They are unaware of the what the 24/7 truck share service even is. They are incredibly rude, slow, and lazy. They told me I had to move my vehicle immediately and then again that I couldn't park in there lot. I will never go to this location again.

I opted out of the insurance as I have never in the many times Ive rented bought insurance and he told me he has never had one person do that and it's not good. Made me feel like I wasn't good enough or even wanted. When I returned the refused to say anything to me when I stated mileage and how I put more gas than what was in it to begin with. Just rude men having a bad day and taking it out on others. 0/10 will never recommend to anyone!

LAURA DAVICHI got charged $20 for 4 gallons of gas that I had already put in it to get it to it's amount it had when we took it! Location isn't easy access to get back on a main road. Shop they operate out of is extremely Tiny can barely fit in thr front door. I won't EVER BE BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!

This guy walked me to the truck and when I asked to verify the gas and odometer reading, he immediately said it's on the contract and walked away.I was shocked to hear that and by the time I looked to orb reading he was gone so I had to take a photo for my record which has reading way off to what was in contract he stated. And post drop off , I t happened what I was afraid off , they charged 24 $ for gas which I even showed them the gas receipt and photo I took with gas and odometer before drive out pearling lot Not location manager isn't willing to fix it

Katherine Marie OlabreOur UHaul leaked on the interior, damaging all of our boxes in the "Mom's Attic" which included kitchen electronics, children's clothing and collectibles. When brought to the attention of the UHaul attendant at this location they told us "It's UHaul's problem, contact them."

David GenglerThere was a sign saying that if I didn't checkout online, I'd get an extra $20 fee. I tried and got a website error. I called the help line and was told there would be a 50-60 minute wait. they said chat was always available, but there was a 20 minute wait to chat. Finally my son was able to make it work, but the whole process was a pain in the ass.

WESLEY TYREETruck was not swept out despite labeled warning of $25 fine for not cleaning out the truck prior to return. Can I get a $25 refund for sweeping the truck before being able to use it?
