Rich H.The vehicle was STILL muddy after we returned it (was absolutely saturated when picked up from another location), but the store employee allowed us to use his cleaning equipment to clean the vehicle so the next client did not have the same situation we had.
Timothy P.Called me/ emailed me and texted me that I had an over due trailer. Meanwhile they did not check the lot for the trailer I dropped off the same night I picked it up. Upon calling customer service rep he called them to see if it was in the parking lot. They proceeded to say they didn't have the trailer. It wasn't until the customer service rep called me back and said again they don't have it that he admitted that they didn't check the lot. Absolutely not okay. I would rather drive miles away to drop off a trailer where people can do their jobs then use this drop off location again.
monica C.Only downside: The GPS leads you to a dead end street behind the facility. Upsides: This U-Haul location came out to meet me, attempted a troubleshoot for me, and did not mock my abysmal reversing capabilities while I attempted to return a trailer... For that I am grateful

Kevin R.I originally reserved a truck with a different location. A day or two before my move I was informed that the location I selected had no trucks of the right size and I had to go to another location. When I went to the other location, I was told I had to go to the previous location to pick up my boxes. Steve at Pleasant Hill Auto was able to get everything sorted out to my satisfaction, but it is hard to recommend a company which supplies moving trucks which cannot manage its own inventory of trucks, or cannot move a truck from one location to another to avoid inconveniencing a customer. My general impression is that U-Haul is run by incompetents who do not really care about customer satisfaction, and I'm happy to share that opinion with everyone who asks.

Saco was not “overbooked until morning of†which really threw a wrench in my moving plans. I was lucky enough to get a truck out of Saco. But the fact your system lets people overbook is unreal to me. Overall nothing wrong with the south Portland location or the man running it but the Saco location I will never go to again.

richard R.The online check-in process took almost 20 mins and then another 10+ mins checking the car in at return. So not so quick. The pricing displayed kept changing back and forth and was a bit confusing saying I had 100 mile limit. Multiple times shifted from $20day + $.69/mile over to $89/day with 100 mile limit.

Nathan S.The truck had a door that moved very hard near the top of its travel. Unless you jerked it up with enough force, you could hurt herself trying to raise it. Needs to be fixed. Also, I was charged an extra day's rental for unknown reasons. Still waiting on an explanation.
