When I was attempting to return the contract had a lot of incorrect information and I couldn't properly do the return online and had to call for help which took about 20 minutes for someone to pick up.

The UHaul store was supposed to be open at 9:00 am. We had s truck reserved for 9:00 am. When we arrived, no one was there. After a few phone calls and over a half an hour, a friend from next door came to help. He said the person in charge had gone to pick up a trailer. It is always best to open at the time you are supposed to, especially if there is a truck is reserved at that time.

They said they closed at 5. Went there at 430 and no one was there and all doors were locked. If you have store hours follow them. I could have saved a lot of hassle and money if they were actually there when they said they would be.

The location I rented from was poorly organized. The manager failed to check my return in for two days after I left the vehicle and I received calls from Uhaul main office looking to me to help them track down the whereabouts of their vehicle. After all that I am being charged for extra days and with damage to the vehicle that I did not cause. It's hard not to wonder who was using the Uhaul after I dropped it back off and how it got damaged.

No staff in office either to pick up or drop off equipment. Some one always calls to ck on equipment return when it has already been returned. Recommend staff ck 1st if rental is back at lot before calling customer

The problem is that this was not my original pick up location; it is where i ended up after my reserved pick up location did not have the truck I reserved, The individuals I dealt with in person were pretty good. My overall experience with UHaul was terrible. Sold me insurance without my knowledge, Didn't have answers to my questions ob the phone and dropped my calls anyway, completely messed up my move and my friends schedule by having us chase around Western Mass for the truck I had reserved. Let me emphasize that the individual at this location was fine, he was patient and as helpful as he probably could be under the circumstances.

The help here was extremely helpful and professional. Although I had been mis-charged a fee, they handled my situation as best as they could and apologized over and over for the mix up...when in fact it wasn't their mistake!

I applied for a rental on the website. I asked specifically for 147 Bay Rd in Belchertown. We were supposed to receive a text. Never got it in time. We went to pick up the truck and they switched us to Boston Rd in Springfield! We had asked for a 20 ft truck but they only had 15 ft trucks available. We settled on the 15 ft so we didn't have to go all the way to Springfield. Service was GREAT. The truck was clean and ran beautifully. I highly recommend this location. The website stated the address as Day Rd. It's on Bay Rd. This should be fixed.

The trucks transmission was slipping and lost engagement, the line under the "D" flashing, leaving me to coast to the side of the road twice to restart and engage the transmission into drive. Two other times from a stop, it would not engage into gear (drive) and after moving it from park to drive several times, I shut the engine off and reattempted. The attendant new of the ABS light being on and informed me not to worry about that indicator light, they knew about it. The attendants at the receiving end stated they would make note of the slipping transmission for service. The equipment was clean.

this location is just getting up and running, so still working out the kinks in getting you on the road. Person filling out paperwork was nice. Very convenient location in Belchertown.

Uhaul website needs to be updated. It lists this location as being on Day Road, when it is in fact on Bay Road.

when calling hadley we were informed they were not taking trucks. when i called belchertown they were very professional. although they were closed when i called i can't report on anything other than friendly phone call and help over the phone.

The person who met me was an auto mechanic who was kind but not very helpful. He called someone who was out of the office who instructed him to have me drop the trailer off behind the building beside another trailer. He offered no assistance in unhitching the trailer or even guiding me to the location to leave the trailer. The condition of the office was dismal. The drop-off was completely unsatisfactory.

Very helpful staff, but we did not get a phone call from U-haul telling us our location had changed. The trailer we rented still had wood and other boards in it and was dirty, as well as the lights did not work.

The gentleman who was supposed to meet me at 11am showed at 11:20am. No one at the office knew the rental system but him so we waited. The same gentleman told us truck took diesel fuel, which I found out was wrong thankfully before trying to put diesel fuel in it.
