MICHAEL JIn terms of the vehicle itself everything was neat and clean. However the the associate helping me with my reservation upon pickup was a complete imbecile. She tried to scam me out of an additional $100 because I was paying with a credit card and it was not mentioned during the time of the reservation i made online. She was also telling me that I had to secure the reservation with a credit card other than the one I had reserved online the night before. I believe her name was Rosa but do not remember exactly. I would personally rate her Services a 0 out of 5.

MICHAEL JThey charged us extra 3 gallons gasoline. Not fair. My husband already went to the gas station to get gas, the exactly gas level as we picked up the 20' truck. Never refer any friend to this location. Walnut CA location. We like the others location better, the truck fill with a full tank of gas when you pick it up. We just add the gasoline to full when we return it. It's simple, no extra gas charge. They should refund us $20 that they over charged

CONCEPCION ASteering was not in good condition. There was an indicator light active. However, the customer service is excellent. The fleet needs to be maintained well. Will I recommend to others, yes for short distance but not for long trips.
NAPOLEON UGot truck with broken transmission. Half of the time stuck on third gear and "kicking" while down shifting! Few times drove 45pmh on freeway for the same reason! Not safe to drive!
NIKOLAY CThis experience with Uhaul I can actually say went really well! I got a uhaul from this location in Fall of 2021 and felt like it was your usual experience that makes me begrudgingly continue to use Uhaul. But this experience was very streamlined and the guy at the counter was very nice, calm, and very clear about the whole process.

NIKOLAY CIts too hard to get into and out of the rental facility first of all. The only reason I returned to this location because my storage unit was literally down the road. The location is a challenge for sure. When I went to return my truck that I barely use for maybe a little over 2 hours and only use 19 miles I was charged over 74 dollars. Big rip off. They also tried to charge me for gas saying that we used more then was in the truck. Thank god my friend decided to take a photo of the mileage and gas tank meter. When we took that photo it CLEARLY shown that it was under half of of a tank. We did fill it to the exact spot and had the reciept to show that we did put gas in it and the photo which showed we were not lying. They gave us attitude about it which kinda threw me back for a moment. I felt that they were trying to add more to my bill then it needed. I would not recommend at all due to this last experience.

MICHAEL JVan was clean overall but had a very gross smell from previous customer. We had to leave all the doors and window s open over night to clear after we sprayed the inside with freshener. Not pleasant. Upon returning agent said oh yes previous renter was some food company.
PRESTON FI lost one the because of a truck issue with the check engine light on and I already had it filled I he'd to empty it out return it and they gave me a excuses but gave another but I already had lost one day , plus when I returned the truck the lady when immediately to the other side clamming I scratched the truck when I had pictures of how I took it it didn't matter she place a claim telling me that I had Insurance but it bothered me that it might it happened before ,that bothered me to me that is dishonesty . Not happy

STEPHANIE FI will never go to that place again. They charged me randomly and were terrible, i only rented the car for 3 hours and drove less than 30 miles, but they charged me $70, She said the car was dirty, but if that were the case, she could have called me . Since I only had the car for 3 hours, I could have gone back to clean it myself. I had rented it for a full day but only used it briefly. when I want to ask her about it, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Rex VYour location was out of our way due to lack of communication from the location that we actually rented your equipment from we were sent to this location which took us 27 miles out of our way to eceived the equipment we got 4 miles from our home and had to turn around because your check engine light came on.
