Shawn AU-Haul manager said the one trailer tire that I had concerns about definitely needed to be replaced. He was surprised it made it the 800+ miles.

Marco MNothing, Gray is a friendly person to work with. He explains everything to the letter.
william cThe place was a parking lot of what appeared to be an abandoned hotel with almost no signage. There was nobody manning the "office" and the whole place felt creepy. You should send someone out to see the place and see if it meets your corporate standards of what constitutes a safe and consistent customer experience.

Levi STruck was already warm on a cold snowy pick up day. The Waukee pickup site made sure we had tips on truck for winter driving.
Mitzi BGoogle said they closed at 7 (hours were updated a week before) we arrived at 630 pm and called the man to ask where to leave the truck and he said they were closed (With attitude.) I asked for the $100 deposit back and again- with attitude said "ma'am were closed you'll have to come back tomorrow." I was told I would be getting the $100 deposit when I dropped the vehicle off. The parking was very poorly lit and it looked like a junk yard.

Valerie SThere was quite a bit of white cat or dog hair in it. I am allergic to pet dander and sitting in the car of the truck for two hours had my nose plugged, eyes burning and itching, my eyes were on fire and my lips were numb. There was also what appeared to be "hair balls" in the back of the truck where you load, so I swept those out before loading, however, apparently there was quite a bit up top in the part that sits over the cab, because it was on the tops of my dressers and on my mattresses. I did go buy some zip on allergy mattress protectors after vacuuming the mattresses, just to be safe. Took my allergy medication so I'm hoping by tomorrow I'm feeling better. Overall, the truck ran fine, the two hour trip only cost me $42 in fuel. But I could certainly do without the allergic reaction.

Jeromy BMost awesome experience. There was a mess up at a Uhaul corporate location and the owner/manager at this location did everything possible to ensure that we got the equipment needed. Wish I had gotten his name. We will definitely rent from this location again.
Shalea FPM, Inc. does not show up in the U-Haul app for mobile checking. We are very grateful that the owner lives on the property and helped us with our check in so that we could make our move-in Window in St. Paul, Mn. He was awesome and went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful!!
Jerry SThe website said they opened at 9:00 so went a little after 9:00. They were not open and it was raining outside. I ran the bell and a guy came a little later and said we are not open yet. He did go ahead and unhook the trailer though.

Kyanne KPlace was a run down former motel and not staffed at 3pm when it said it was open until 5pm. If it wasn't for the Uhaul trucks out front, I would have thought it was the wrong location.

sandy dWell we reserved the equipment months ago and specified the Ames location for pickup, so it would have been nice to have the equipment at that location instead of driving to Waukee, but other than that it was good.

Brian Mthis place appears to be kinda dumpy but it might be due to the construction and that it is not a traditional Uhaul store. This is not the place I originallly chose to drop the trailer and was inconvenient as I had to drive further and out of the way to return it.
Craig MI have rented Uhaul for many years and have never had such a 5-star service address 3325 Ute Ave Walkee 50263. On turning up The Uhaul truck was running and warm and very very clean, note, temp outside freezing. The gentleman that handled my account sat in the warm truck with me and walked me thru everything. Just a very honest and sincere person. Thank you MS

Kenneth SThe office where the uhaul location is located does not have an actual office. It is filled with clutter and you cant open the door. It was very confusing on where I should go to find help until someone appeared randomly out of the old motel.

VANESSA NThe equipment was clean, but the truck's engine and suspension were rough. After driving the truck 25 miles and returning it with 4,2 gallons added to the tank and the fuel gauge at a higher level than when I picked it up, I was charged for 3 gallons of gas. To top it all off, the mobile app is crap. I wasted more than an hour of my life trying to pick up and return the truck in the app. I'm done with U-Haul. There are better options around.
Richard OGood experience. The guy that runs the place called the night before and explained that he would be there at 7am for pickup so we wouldn't need to do the mobile pickup. He said it would be faster if he did it. He was very prompt and got us out of there quickly.

Ann SThe customer service in your council bluffs location was trash. The guy "helping" me was more worried about his cell phone. I should have known that this was going to be the level of customer service. I should have called another company. If I had your cooperation number, I would call and complain. I'm sure it will fall on dead ears, so why bother.
