The whole process was great. I called a few places that had no vehicles available and didn't seem helpful. I called a third location and the gentleman was more helpful. He offered to find me a location with an available vehicle. He did the reservation online and I received a text message. From then on the process was easy and efficient all on electronic. Much better than previous paper.WALTER P.

Charged an additional $20 for "hitch rental" - cash only, no receipt. Truck was dirty, smelled of cigarettes. Location is a ramshackle shed, barely marked, sketchy characters hanging around and a general air of shadiness. Definitely not recommended.NICHOLAS C.

This location needs to be shut down. I was threatened to be charged a $30 cleaning fee for exactly seven unfolded pads in the back of the truck. I took the 30 seconds to fold the seven pads in front of the employee and asked if I could take a picture of him and the pads so that I had proof it was nice and neat. The employees there grabbed my phone, threw it into traffic and then shoved me backwards causing me to fall down into oncoming traffic. I then had to flee into a Lyft as the entire group of employees were charging me after getting up, threatening harm. I have video evidence of the assault as well as two eyewitnesses including the lyft driver.PATRICK G.

The truck was old and was not well maintained. It was very difficult to start the truck and there was a clear mechanical error. It was also given to us with a nearly flat tire and I had to stop at 5 am to get air. This was my worst experience with U-Haul to date.Kelby J.

The service was friendly but this the location was inconvenient. I used too many of my allotted miles just getting back to my home from the location. The facility was horrible.James S.
One of my wheels didn't have any lug nuts on it.. my rear wheel almost fell off. I used gas to keep the engine running and stay cool while waiting for help on the side of the highway, and got charged for that gas used. The location didn't have the dolly's that I reserved ahead of time. The one dolly that they did have wasn't in the truck, and I had to drive back to get it... and then for charged for that mileage to pick up the dolly. 0/10 will never recommend this location againWILLIAM R.

This location felt pretty sketchy to be honest. It's not in a great neighborhood and I had to ask a few people to figure out where it actually was. It was in some sort of auto/body repair place. They were also pretty loose with the paperwork, so I wasn't able to verify mileage or gas level or anything prior to leaving.David R.

The place was a mess and just very unprofessional. I had to walk a block to get to the car . When I returned they didn't check anything in front of me and I got charged 111.00. which was way over what I paid before . I will not even use u-haul againYULIA P.

mileage was not correct, and even the photo was made on checkin, i was overbilled...it has been disputed to uhaul CS and will be disouted to the card companyDejan P.

Accurately charge for fuel, I was charged for fuel even though I returned the vehicle with proper amount of vehicle. I drove the vehicle 20 miles and put $10 of gas before returning it and was charged more than $70 for fueling. This is wrong and deceitful, need to have someone call me back. This location is a dump. It's an all-in-one tire place, repair and body shop. Access is tight, there's no signs, the "office" is inside a trailer, in the tire shop, behind the tire machines and cars being worked on. The rental equipment is at the back of a long narrow driveway, to access it they have to move cars and forklifts around to make room. The people were helpful enough, thou hard to identify who is the uhaul person is. As far as the equipment itself (auto trailer, in my case) it was fine, it did its job, but the taillights and marker lights were not working, just the brake lights and turn signals. The trailer had a short in the wiring somewhere, it kept blowing my fuse. I had to drive at night without lights. No biggie.Ciprian F.

Need clear signage to show where checkin counter is. (Counter was in the back of a truck bed in a garage where other car repair work was happening) Have buzzer to press for service. And employee should dress in UHaul attire. Either Shirt or jacket with UHaul logo.Kevin M.
A VERY rundown facility. It didn't look anything like a U-Haul facility. It was a rundown, auto repair facility with a U-Haul office located in a shipping/storage container in the back. Super-sketchy! The attendant was very nice, though.Michael B.

I have never seen such a disorganized mess passing as a business. I was able to get the equipment I needed, but that was all I can say. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness and equipment was appalling. I thought UHaul had standards, but I guess not. I will be more careful with where I go next time.Susan W.

The person named Jeff overcharged me $39 for an additional day (3) instead of two days I rented. He overcharged me $50 for 6 pads. He charged me insurance $56 x 3 days, when I decline insurance. Jeff is a dishonest U-Haul renter.Michael P.
The place was hard to find. The guy was late. He didn't have furniture pads that I had requested a week prior and didn't give me a heads up. He was a nice guy, but slightly unaware of how unprofessional he was being. Everything worked fine, but the process was pretty annoying.Chad S.

During Covid, I would not include other locations that aren't usual companies. Previous to this location we went to a self storage location that offers usuals and they refused to help. I understand for safety. However, it felt odd to have someone there not willing to suggest an easier route to get the van 6 feet from where was standing. Also due to covid, there should really only be the mobile option to check out vans. I pressed the counter option and that's what took so long to get my can set up.Kiera M.
