Positives are that the associate was very kind and helpful. He gets 10/10 but the location itself is hard to find and hardly any space. I'm glad I spoke Spanish because if not, I really would have struggled asking for help when I got there. I also had to wait a while to get what I needed but that wasn't their fault, uhual had to do a last minute reservation change since they didn't have what I needed at the spot I reserved it at.

Eric RangelDespite our efforts to select a drop-off point open until 6pm, U-Haul customer service assured us it would be accessible until 8pm, even labeling it as a 24-hour drop-off. Regrettably, upon arrival at 6pm, the gates were locked, and no assistance was available. Contacting customer service only provided the same assurance, leaving us with no choice but to leave the trailer in the parking lot, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience

Angel TaimangloThis might help future renters at this location. The location was a little difficult to find as the owner reported his business sign was stolen. The location is actually a body shop with a very deep lot. I did see a small uhaul stand sign on the ground so I knew I was in the right place. There is no street parking, anywhere. No where. There is a small parking lot where you can park for a few minutes while you handle the paperwork. The people were very friendly. After you get the keys the worker will get in the truck. pull it forward and you park where the truck was parked on the street. When you return pull up in front of where your car is parked, go inside and a worker will come out and you move your car and leave and he parks the truck where your car was. The the inside of the truck was clean. The windshield was dirty AC was not working. I ran the washer/wipers which had washer fluid. I was happy to find a truck that had a loading ramp so it was fine. With all the goings on with a move I forgot to stop and put gas in the truck. My bad.. $30 service fee plus gas.. It happens :)

BENJAMIN BLANDFORDThis was a very unpleasant situation from beginning to end on Dec 8,2022 dealing with Rich at Point 24/7 I would say to many issues from…NO gas in the tank to dirty inside the track to a broken cup holder also showed a wrong milage in the dashboard compared 3-4 miles off what they have in their application as you check in the truck, I brought all this issues and more to Rich and he simply said I will give you $35 discount if you bring it back with a little more then a quarter of gas tank. (I DID BUT NEVER GOT A DISCOUNT) But I couldn't believe what I was hearing and the rest of the issues will talked about later when you return the truck. He really didn't care about me wasting my time on my side he was just focusing on repairing a car he was working on NOT even an eye contact, worse customer service I ever experienced. I was just dealing with a deadline and movers I hired just awaiting for the truck. I took the 26' footer truck and I wasted more of my time at the next gas station waiting to pump gas and the worse thing was going in the freeway, I couldn't go passed 55-60 miles because pressing on brakes started to squeak and the truck started to tremble. Definitely this was a nightmare because I call customer service at the end and mention in detail all these issues when I dropped off the keys in a dropped box. To put the cherry on top they end up charging me twice on my credit card that overdrawn my bank account. I'm Still waiting for Uhaul to reach back to solve this matter as I attempted to call and email for the third time. I just emailed Mallory and provided pictures as well. hope to get a positive solution soon.

IRWIN PHADRARASADDAWONGStop overcharging and be honest about the days the vehicle was rented and the mileage that was driven. My receipt was incorrect twice and I had to refuse the charge. I called to let them know and they made me call another number. My receipt is still wrong. I rented the vehicle for 1 day and they tried to charge me for 3 days and I drove it for less than 10 miles and they tried to tack on 29 miles, very dishonest.

mario stoiloffThe lock for the truck was included, but the key to that lock was not the right one, so we had to go buy a lock and key just to store our items. The back of the truck was filthy, and we spent 15 min cleaning it so we could load our stuff and it wouldn't get dirty.

He offered to find me a location with an available vehicle. He did the reservation online and I received a text message. From then on the process was easy and efficient all on electronic. Much better than previous paper.

ARMEN ELVIS SAHAKIANThis location needs to be shut down. I was threatened to be charged a $30 cleaning fee for exactly seven unfolded pads in the back of the truck. I took the 30 seconds to fold the seven pads in front of the employee and asked if I could take a picture of him and the pads so that I had proof it was nice and neat. The employees there grabbed my phone, threw it into traffic and then shoved me backwards causing me to fall down into oncoming traffic. I then had to flee into a Lyft as the entire group of employees were charging me after getting up, threatening harm. I have video evidence of the assault as well as two eyewitnesses including the lyft driver.
PATRICK GANPATHThe truck was old and was not well maintained. It was very difficult to start the truck and there was a clear mechanical error. It was also given to us with a nearly flat tire and I had to stop at 5 am to get air. This was my worst experience with U-Haul to date.

James SlentzOne of my wheels didn't have any lug nuts on it.. my rear wheel almost fell off. I used gas to keep the engine running and stay cool while waiting for help on the side of the highway, and got charged for that gas used. The location didn't have the dolly's that I reserved ahead of time. The one dolly that they did have wasn't in the truck, and I had to drive back to get it... and then for charged for that mileage to pick up the dolly. 0/10 will never recommend this location again

RAUL GARCIAThis location felt pretty sketchy to be honest. It's not in a great neighborhood and I had to ask a few people to figure out where it actually was. It was in some sort of auto/body repair place. They were also pretty loose with the paperwork, so I wasn't able to verify mileage or gas level or anything prior to leaving.
