Frederick BakerMy only issues is with the call center. I called to extend my rental and advised I was also needing to change to drop of location. I was told it would cost me around 100. A few days after I dropped it off, I got a call saying it was 400 to do that. Well, by that time it was done and I was out of state. So nothing I could do (the bend Oregon office offered to let me come get it and drive it back to redmond Oregon. Again days later and I'm in Oklahoma. Absolutely angry about this. I feel like you guys robbed me. Almost 1000 dollars for one dolly, a 20' truck and less then 50 total miles driven over 3 days. Ridiculous.

steve masonThis is the second time I've used this U-haul location, and once again, I was not disappointed. I had a very simple, short job, in this case, bringing a mattress home from the mattress store. I could've saved a few dollars by tying the mattress to the roof of the car, but using a trailer is so much easier, especially if the shop can get me back on the road quickly. Paperwork was done in 5 minutes then dropping it off took another 5, and this is very convenient to downtown. I was lucky that they still had an RT left on the lot; most of their fleet was already rented for V. Day.
William ZettlerVery conveniently situated to the Home Depot, where I was picking up a gas grill. Very straightforward paperwork, as always, and they hooked the trailer up very quickly and easily. I was on my way in <10 minutes. Returning it was even easier; I'm good enough at the RT trailers that I was able to back in back into its slot, then told them so, and that was it.

Teauna HannemannI have rented several times from this location and they are always prompt and helpful. That said, your website is a mess. Can't login because it always says I've time out. When attempting to check in it won't take both sides of your drivers license because load one and the other deletes. This renders your check in process useless. No a fault of your excellent vendor.

Blake LenzI was told the side by side Atv would fit on the trailer. It was not wide enough nor was the ramp on it. I even told them what I was hauling and they said it would fit. A rental fee for something that they knew would not work.

charles c welshBe up front about all the hidden fees. Even after confirming with Teresa the total ALL INCLUSIVE COSTS 3 times i was hit with a $10 licence recovery fee at pick up. I have challenged this unexpected fee and am waitng for a reversal. Teresa was fantastic trying to make up from a booking error. The actual staff and the new 10 ft box truck were great.

We also got 2 men that were wonderful! They repacked our storage pod and got us all moved. Our first moving folks didn't have a clue about how to pack. Your laborers went above and beyond to help us. Charles GatesGas tank was not full when I picked it up and I had to estimate how much gas to fill it up Employee helped but what purchased wasn't enough and had to pay extra for gas. The employees were very slow in filling out paperwork and I didn't have a chance to read agreement before I took truck and terms were not explained to me.
Jeanine MaryWhile filling out my information online before picking the truck one of the questions asked for someone else name and phone number. That question was optional. I didn't feel the need to answer it as I am an adult with any identification you would need. Multiple credit cards, insurance cards. When I went to pick up the truck, the guy checking me out ask for another person's contact information. I told him I already declined to answer that OPTIONAL question on line. He raised his voice and said, well it's not optional with me. If I didn't NEED the truck that day I would have walked out. In the future I'll decide if I will ever walk back in.
