Linda RNo drop off receipt printed for customer (even after requesting from staff), no check-in checklist, no courtesy reminder by staff of check-in procedures during business hours (ie. reminder to top off gas tank), even though there were no other customers in office waiting for services. Staff uninterested in being at office working or making efforts to assist customers with check-in.
WAYNE CRates are a little high for my broke ass, but that's my fault. Everything went smooth, thanks U-Haul. Showed this random guy that helped me unload the hidden U-Haul guy on the truck. He never heard about it!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Peggy HThe truck itself was clean, however, we only used the truck for one trip (63 miles total) and when we went to fill gas back up to the amount we used the needle indicator on the truck would not move. Finally after 15 gallons of gas we stopped filling. We drove another 2 miles and the needle moved to full. We did not use more than 6 gallons of gas and ended up paying for 9 additional gallons at $4,55/ga, costing us $41 more than we needed to spend.

stefanie fTruck was old and rickety, clearly it's been a long time since it's had any TLC - driver's door was not secure on the freeway and immediately leaked with the smallest amounts. Watch out for sneaky fees at this location for moving a dolly (that they failed to secure) that eats into your square footage in the truck bed. Failed to return calls in the weeks leading up to the rental where we needed to verify details to ensure a smooth move. Would encourage you to use only as a last result.
Christopher KFor after hours check in, the location finder in the U-Haul app may not work if the truck is parked too far away from the main office. For example, I parked the truck I was returning in the spot where I picked it up from instead of right by the office and the location finder in the app did not work there, but did work by the office

Thomas PI question the maintenance on the motorcycle trailer I rented. From the moment I left the lot it felt like it was putting an unreasonable load on my tow vehicle. Although I was using a small, hybrid SUV, the trailer cut my mileage in half, from 42 mpg to 23 mpg for the 540 miles I towed it. I suspect dry or over-tight wheel bearings were the cause. Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Due to my husband's work hours, we could not go in, during the week days, had to move stuff in and out only on the weekends. But the people their, are awsome.
