The gentleman assisted me in a friendly, understanding fashion. I had been told by original location that my trailer was not available, then this location came through.
I was never told about the app and a pin I needed for a lockbox. The shop was closed so we struggled with this for over an hour in a bad neighborhood (There was a murder across the street just weeks ago). The truck was great...but I would never visit this location again and also someone should have told me I needed to download an app. The procedure was way too complicated. I had poor signal and had to type the same info in repeatedly. Would much rather deal with a person.
Very friendly and professional
The location was in a bad neighborhood and when trying to verify my information the representative in the online chat was taking a long time. Very unsafe neighborhood and really didnt want to be there or use that location which is why I chose a different one all together.
