Location was great! I will never rent from U-Haul again. Three changes to my confirmed reservation. A reservation means nothing to U-Haul, they change things at will and leave folks hanging. I have a chronic illness made worse by stress and anxiety. Moving is stressful enough, not knowing if you will actually have a truck to move with is mind-blowing .

When I called uhaul to reserve the truck I almost didn’t rent it because of how rude, misinformed and the lack of Courtesy your employee was. It gives me doubts if I ever want to rent again. On the upside the people at Portland st auto were great

Uhaul sale person should have told me to push button to shut off trailer towing mode every time you restart I figured it out my self but drove 50 miles no overdrive didn’t not what to do I not use gmc trucks 50 return was much enjoyable you need to train your people ,previously rented uhaul 11 yrs ago tank was full an return full this place tank was 1/2 full said return 1/2 kinder hard to figure out girl told me maybe 10 miles a gallon I put 10 gallons in tank did not want to run out gas I only used 1/4 tank when I returned truck it had 3/4 of a tank need to go back to picking up with full tank,also I call one of helpers to help me move I live in Maine he was in Colorado nice ,I am 65 yrs old did it my self thanks for nothing.

Clean the trucks before renting them. The hatch over the differential was partially drilled out and the hatch was flimsy making it difficult to load and unload.

Vehicle came to us with a phillips screw in front left tire and withing first hour South on I-95 began to go flat. We thought it was just under pressure, but two refills and many miles later we lost hours waiting repair (polite and hard working on Fathers Day no less) and lost a day on our trip. Next morning "check engine" light came on and we travelled extra miles on NJ Turnpike so services were available if the thing crapped out. Kind of a white knuckle experience, but the truck did its job and our need was filled, sort of 2 days late. The extra time and miles were helpful getting around the difficulties and the phone people were helpful and very pro-active,
