Maybe don't charge someone for equipment that was never provided, especially after they were told numerous times that they would not be charged for the equipment! Very frustrating that I have not even heard back from anyone yet regarding my refund
Rented a dolly and it wasn't there. A DOLLY. Do you know how hard it is to move in a timed window WITHOUT a dolly. I was sweating like a pig running back and forth. Unacceptable.
Pickup site did not have the equipment we paid for. There were only two packing blankets when we paid for 5, there was also no dolly, we were able to borrow one from the storage facility but if they hadn't had one we would have Been sol and would have had to go to another location. The 24/7 app wasn't giving me the information to get the keys which lead to an hour of frustration trying to get someone to help. The cab of the truck smelt strongly of cigarettes and the center console and floor were sticky and grimy, so overall I didn't even want to drive off the lot with this truck but had another choice since I was an hour behind and needed to go. I have been coming to uhaul for years, and yet my experience today was one I hope to never have again.
Great customer service, had no problems
The office location is odd, it feels as if you are entering a sketchy warehouse. Needs a much more inviting and friendly feel. Also, when picking up, you must deal with a person through a small window in a dark room. Not a good feeling at all.
the desk agent was very helpful, and even helped wipe up water that head leaked into the box portion of the truck. She was professional, kind and did everything she could to make the experience positive.
The staff was super helpful and it was very easy.
I made my reservation at Portland wine Storage and spent an hour waiting because UHaul's interface would not accept payment and your home office was NO HELP AT ALL. He couldn't rent me the truck I'd reserved so my reservation got transferred to the above location. UHAUL COST MY BUSINESS $200 IN LOST TIME BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM.
Nothing.. Woman who checked us in and out couldn't have been nicer.
When the mobile app "gave" me the key code it was blank and the person at the pickup location wasn't able to access it so had to get us another key
