Staff at Tool Peddler were great, I plan to rent the motorcycle trailer as much as I can.

Perhaps like us you have not used U-Haul in a long time so BEWARE! No longer is U-Haul a company where you can reserve an item at a certain location and pick it up at the appointed time. There is small print on your contract that says someone will call you the day before to discuss your item and pick up location. What this really means is they tell you whether they have one or not and perhaps you have to drive across a large metropolitan area to a far location to obtain one. When we called customer service to express our displeasure with the situation the welcome message stated that we may be recorded in order for them to " fulfill their promises to us". This was almost humorous except that we were driving across state on a timetable to do business in another state needing the U-Haul rental at the location that it was reserved at. The customer service representative on the phone was unable to offer us anything but a distant location in the metropolitan City area and when we requested to speak to a supervisor she stated there was none and it was just a call center. Needless to say we will no longer be utilizing U-Haul since it is no longer the company that "keeps its promises". Note: the Tool Pedaler, our forced pick up location is not involved in the problems of U-Haul and were very pleasant and easy to work with.
