Once again, we arrived at the drop-off location to find no one in the office and all the doors locked. At least this time there was a phone number posted. We called, and the person on the phone simply told us to leave the trailer with the others. So, we parked the trailer next to the first one we saw. After we had unhitched and were getting ready to leave, another man came out and questioned why we left the trailer where we did. We explained that we were told over the phone to leave it by the other trailers, and this was the closest one to where we were parked.

Was nice that we could drop off anytime. It would be better if there was a sign about where to park or directions on how to get in after hours
ARIELLE OContact number in the haul paperwork did not work. The number posted on the gate to contact for drop-offs no one answered ( I left a message and no-one called me back). There was a code required to enter the gate, we got lucky and a truck driver let us into there drop off facility. If the trucker did not let us in, we would not have been able to drop off the trailer. This not a 24hr drop off facility as described in the app when I booked. I will not drop off at this location again.

Patrick CWe called the number since we had issues with the app loading and the person who answered the phone, Alex, only told us "what does that have to do with me?" Would've been nice if he just said something like "Hey, I can't do much about the app sometimes you just have to wait."

I was told that they don't unhook the car dolly and was given the run around.. if I was waiting for the people to call me back I would still be waiting since he never returned my call. The man in the office did go ahead and in hook my car. This had to be the worst experience I have had with U-Haul and if I had an option I would definitely NOT use either location again
ERNESTELLE WReserved an appliance dolly and a 5 x 9 trailer. On the scheduled pickup date, I arrived and was told the appliance dolly I reserved (apparently the last one) was given out earlier in the day and that I could go pick one up at Home Depot. Had to go out of my way to pick up another dolly which made me 20 minutes late to another appointment. No major issues with the trailer. Would not recommend this place.

RICKY DGate access required being on hold for 30+ minutes with 800#. Rental was supposed to include appliance and furniture dolly, but neither was loaded in the rental. Had to go find these resources elsewhere
Erick GCouldn't access property because of gate. The sign on the gate listed to call someone, but that number was never answered. After eventually getting access to the property, the employee who let me in escalated for the owner (Aaron) to call me, but never received the call. The location of the keys for the truck was blocked by multiple storage containers so it took a long time to find. And when I returned the truck, once again Aaron was still not answering the phone to give access to the property.

Levi BThis Uhaul location had a poor check-in process for my rental. I had to call and message a phone line to get a gate code as the one provided did not work. There were instructions on getting the key but there were no check-in questions to verify vehicle condition and fuel level before I took possession of it.

They did not have an equipment dolly available for rent as requested in my reservation. Also, missing were the furniture covers - set of three. The representative had no explanation and did not seem to care.

Robert PWent to drop off trailer. Difficult to tell where to go to speak to someone. Pulled up to building that had "uhaul" on it and called the number that was on our paperwork and didn't work. Called a number on Google maps for the actual business and that didn't work either. Noticed yet a third number by the door and called that and no answer. Then I received a text from someone from the number by the door and had a conversation through text messaging. No face to face interaction whatsoever which seemed off. Also I'm not familiar with the drop off process but when I picked up my trailer from the uhaul in spanaway they hooked it up for me, I'm a disabled veteran with severe sciatic nerve issues, and the drop off location made myself and my girlfriend un hitch the trailer and move it to a corresponding spot where they chose. Lastly even though I got a receipt from the business things seemed suspicious with how everything was handled and my GF and I took pics of everything in case someone tried to say we didn't drop it off on time.

I would not recommend anyone using this drop off as way to hard to find and narrow roads and residential areas.

Craig SI was over charged. I took pictures of the fuel when I picked up the uhaul and I was told it was 3/8 fuel, however there was only 1/4. So I filled where I picked it up..and I was charged for that as well. As a US Army Combat Veteran I hoped to be treated fairly and with respect as I did upon picking up the truck and taking care to give it back in the same condition I got it in. I was told $125 would be my total no matter what however I was charged $154.00. Also, I returned and couldn't get in the gate which my car was parked inside so I couldn't drop off the uhaul (even though I reserved it for 8hrs I wasn't told I would be able to drop off the uhaul). I had to use gas going back home only to come back the next day which incurred mileage that I was not supposed to be charged for due to the situation I was put in with not being able to drop off the uhaul. Andrew GService from San Diego up to tx was a headache . will never use PODS again . the San Diego location almost shipped my box empty had to cancel and re write my contract . I was suppose to have from June 3-9 to fill it but was only givin 2 days and was told they can no longer bring it out for access because it's set to ship after i told them it doesn't ship until after June 9 . Once in TX they charged the wrong debit card , took 4 hrs of calling and being transferred to finally get it taken care of and able to pick up my POD .
Alex was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. The equipment was ready for us to pick up and was easy to haul and manage. We will be using this Uhaul location again when we need this service. Great Job!
