The truck was filthy. There was old food left in the cab and the cargo area was so dirty I had to sweep it out before I could load my furniture. The windshield had so many bug guts on it we could barely see through it.JAMES F.
Postal Annex really bailed me out. I originally rented a 10' truck from another When I arrived to pick it up, we found that the original location had an emergency and closed three hours early leaving me with no way to get the truck. I understand emergencies happen, but they never called to let me know there were any issues or made any arrangements to get the truck. After 30 minutes on hold with GO-UHAUL, my husband started calling other locations. Thankfully another location were able to find a 10' truck through Postal Express. Although the rental was 110 $more than my original reservation, but given no other options, I was very thankful for Noney and The Postal Annex for providing kind and extremely quick service.ANDREW U.

I booked a truck at a different location, closer to my home. When I got there no truck was available despite booking online with my AMEX. I was sent to this new location, further away after waiting for 40 minutes to get things figured out. No â€œsorryâ€ or â€œthanks for waitingâ€. The new place had no idea what was going on. Had to wait while she was making keys for another customer so I was an hour behind and ultimately late for my appointment. Disappointing!MARIANNE B.

On 7/25/2020 I was stranded on the freeway due to running out of gas after driving three miles down the freeway. I was charged 300 $for a tow that would have been necessary Regardless because there were HOLES drilled in the gas tank. I was called a bitch on the phone and hung up on repeatedly. They have made it impossible to pay my bills due to taking the money out for no reason. I did not abandon the vehicle, I handed the keys over to roadside, and was still charged for â€œabandoningâ€ the vehicle. How could I abandon a vehicle that was in the hands of a uhaul employee?? Literally never using uhaul againSILAS F.
We arrived at this U-Haul location at 1:30 p.m. and greeted by Noney she was very nice and was fast at renting us the U-Haul truck. When I arrived at my destination opened the back of the truck and was shocked for it was very filthy with dirt and I had to clean it before putting my things into the Truck. It was obvious that Noney did not check the truck before renting it out. My wife called into U-Haul where we picked up the truck from and spoke with Noney regarding how filthy the truck was and she admitted that the truck was returned at 6:00 p.m. the day before and she was so busy today that she didn't have time to check to make sure the truck was clean. She apologize and offered for free bubble wrap or blanket but I told her no that is not needed. I also called into the 800 U-Haul number and spoke with Victoria about the dirty truck I received and that I have pictures and video. Victoria advised to email the pictures to email@example.com I am very disappointed because I know U-Haul is a very good place to rent trucks and storage spaces. I don't know if I'll be renting from your company again or recommending to anyone.Taulaga E.

The first truck that I received & loaded we found that it had a stick in the gas tank. I then was told to contact roadside assistance. They had me wait for a mechanic to come and look at, during that 2 hour time frame the fire department came out due to this being a fire hazard. I then had to go to 3 different stores to finally 4 hours later get another truck. I and 1 friend alone had to unload then load the 2nd truck. Previously I had 6 people helping me. We should have left at 12. Instead we were delayed until 9pm.CHRISTYAL N.

Have somebody in the office I reserved over the phone at mather field location and when I got there they said it was at Rockingham Wasted an hour of my time then had to go on line to get the truck a very lengthy process. I should have been compensated for this inconvenience. Won't use them again any time soon.PHIL P.

The location was great. I was really upset, because the confirmation receipt I got from the website gave me a different address. I took an Uber to the address from the website only to find out that I was at the wrong location. This is the wrong way to do business. You should not print an address if you don't know the address that I'll ultimately have to go to for the actual rental. Or, if the location changes, send out an email that confirms the correct address.Richard R.
I was new and unfamiliar to the self check-in/out procedure. Check in was easy, when returning the uhaul agent took over the return which I did not ask for. I wanted to complete the check in myself especially because I did not agree with the final charges. While sitting in my car to call uhaul corportate is when the real came back out to try to ask if the issue was resolved. Too late.Brady D.

There is no outdoor drop box and location was closed, called uhaul and they said they didn't know what I wanted them to do and to lock the keys in the uhaul like another uhaul renter had done.Clayton P.
