Richard KThere was no key drop box and no clear place to park near the postal annex. 24/7 equipment return was what I was looking for, and this location does not make it possible to do so. Would have preferred an actual Uhaul location for clear drop box and parking available. Made the return process very stressful and not clear at this location.
Jacob KMake sure the site has a drop off box for keys. I had to come back the next day when the store was open to drop them off
Richard MI am very disappointed with the service with uhaul , un organized . Customer service is poor never renting a Truck. They put my information in correctly and I couldn't access the truck . I was expecting an office to deal with . Not leaving it on the street . I would not recommend anyone dealing with this company . First and last time .
