Owner is unorganized and unhelpful. Had difficult time processing check in and credit card payment. Didn't have a credit card reader so had to call some authorization company on the phone and read the credit card number into automated service. Process failed multiple times. Ultimately paid via cash and now have multiple charges on credit card that need to be reversed. Owner is unwilling to help expedite the process and refuses to look for the transaction. Says there's no record of it at his store. Will never rent from this location again.

The vehicle was really hard to keep on the road. The steering was very sloppy and it swayed very bad. Also it pulls hard to the left when braking. It was a scary ride

Vehicle was beyond filthy. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned on inside or outside for months. Smelt dusty and dirty on inside. My expectation when I rent anything is to receive it clean and not have to wipe the entire inside down before operating. Then again the store renting this item is also filthy... Owner did not want to do pre or post inspection. Only said he would send an email with final invoice. Still waiting for invoice to make sure I was charged correctly.

A headlight didn't work. It's not the first time this happened (not from this location though). I wished they would check the lights before renting them, it's a liability driving with just one light. Roadside Assistance was able to fix it but this malfunction cost me a lot of valuable time!

The truck I rented had a left headlight out. I didn't realize until I had to return it after dark. I would recommend the location based on convenience, but the service was not happy and friendly during pickup as I picked up later than expected.

I spent over an hour trying to locate the orange lock box pictured in the self return online tutorial. It did not exist so I put the keys in a mail slot. Directions were unclear for customers dropping off after business hours. Very unsatisfied.

The gas tank was completely empty. I had to go immediately to a gas station, and was concerned that I might not make it. The operator should have check the truck on check in and at least put a little gas in the truck for the next customer.

I drove 20 miles and got charged $28 for 4 gallons of gas. 1) People on internet report using a 26-foot uhaul, with a trailer, and getting 8 MPG. It had a small truck and Uhaul claims I got 5MPG. This is called fraud. 2) I was charged $7 a gallon. This is called thievery. Unless this is adjusted, you can trust that I will never again use a U-Haul in my entire life. I will also tell all my friends and family never to use a U-Haul. I will also post reviews on Google, Facebook and Yelp. I intend to cost you thousands of dollars for the money you stole from me.

I also rented a uhaul two weeks ago from the same location. This most recent rental was much better than the last. The first time, the tire pressure and check engine indicator lights were on (!). No such problems this time!

I reserved at another location, and U-haul moved my reservation to this location. When I got there they did not even have some of the equipment I had reserved.

I reserved the truck, dollies and blankets online. The online portal was incorrect regarding availability, and i was forced to complete my rental by going to another UHaul site to get the appliance dolly. UHaul must do a better job of managing inventory at smaller sites. The people at both sites were great and accommodating.

The truck exterior and interior was dirty. The windows were dirty. The dash lights didn't work, therefore I couldn't see the displays or controls when I was driving in the dark. I couldn't tell how fast I was going. This is very unsafe.

The owner/employee at postal annex was rude, slow, communicated poorly, and lacked any service business etiquette. He was disrespectful and lacked understanding of the sequencing of steps in his process to accommodate my on-line rental. I would not choose this U-Haul location again.

i made a reservation for Tuesday at 4pm and received the confirmation email. When I showed up on time, the man at the store refused to help me and pointed at a phone number on the counter. I called the number several times but no one answered. Eventually (after about 20 minutes, the man at the store called someone who told me I have to make a new reservation so I did and after 30 minutes of waiting I was given the combination to pick up the truck. When I opened the truck I was hit with a smell of urine, there was an open container of wet cat food along with straws and other trash. I was already late so I had to go but it was clear the truck hadn't been cleaned in a long time, there was dried fluid of some sort all over the dash and the steering wheel was sticky. I had drive out of my way to go home and get supplies to clean myself and the truck before I could proceed. I had hoped that the cleaning would alleviate the smell of cat (??) urine but it did not. After all that, it still ended up costing more am than double the advertised price. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Personnel was helpful, especially when I had trouble figuring out how to upload a picture of my license. Equipment was ready and checkout was easy. Return of equipment was via drop box and there were no problems.

If I could give negative stars for customer service at this location I would. I checked in online only to turn up and have to do it all again manually with the rudest and least helpful person I've ever come across. I rarely give reviews for anything but felt compelled to provide one here. Stay away at all costs.

The guy that helped sucked Donkey Balls. He acted as if he didn't want to help me. He just grunted his answers when I asked him questions. He was really awful. If I had an extra day to pick up my merchandise I would have went somewhere else.

I can't think of anything to improve. I liked going to this location as I did not have to stand in a long line (which usually happens at the major locations) just to get my rental. Also, sometimes there is a long line when you have to return it as well. My cargo van had less than 4 000 miles on it - was brand new basically - and it was clean!!!!

I would advise future customers to not do anything online and handle everything in store (until and unless the technology and processes make much further progress). My additional efforts only wasted my time and added confusion and frustration: Finding a truck in the parking lot and waiting for too long for no apparent reason; taking multiple photos of myself and license just so I can show someone in person which saved zero time or effort; finding the person behind the counter and realizing he did not expect me or know why I was even there (while appearing rude to the people in front of me that I was told to go ahead of and seeming confused to the customers that appeared behind me); waiting for paperwork to print so I could sign (which should be unnecessary if the proper technology or steps were embraced). I would discontinue the online option as it only places the burden on the client and serves no current benefit (unless this location is an aberration in which case training should take place or this particular location, and perhaps all smaller locations, should be excluded at this point).

Horrible experience with this pick up location. My schedule pick up was at 10:00am and I showed up at about 9:50am. When I tried to use the app to pick up the van it told me my pick up had expired. I called customer service and after explaining what was going on I was put on hold for about 30 then came back on line and said they will still trying to find out what happened then put back on hold for another 35m then got hung up on. Had to call back after speaking to several people they finally directed me to another location about two miles away. I didn't end up getting the van till almost 12pm two hours latter. Cost me two extra hours of moving more miles and more gas on my rental. Very disappointed with this experience!

It does seem as though locations don't have enough dollies on hand. My last rental they had none, this one also didn't have any, but then someone returned a truck and dolly an hour early just as I was about to leave.

Please make sure the people rucks are cleaned out. There was gravel and glass in the cargo part of the truck. Had to clean it out. Other than that everything was fine.

I've probably rented a vehicle at least 6 times in the past year at this location. I returned the vehicle within 15 minutes this past rental because the item I went to pick up was stolen from the person's yard. I asked if I could change the contract to the weekend to make use of the rental or get a credit since it was not really used - I received a negative response. I won't do business with U-Haul again

Pick-up can be kind of slow process as it is a "one-man show". I had pre-reserved and done my paperwork - people in front of me inline hadn't - not much can be done about that - I'll keep going there - support your locals!
