Jeff the clerk was friendly and helpful. It is located in a strip mall so there is plenty of lighted parking for your vehicle which is an added level of safety.

what I don't like is I was quoted a decent price now I see the final charges it is DOUBLE from what I was originally quoted, I put more gas than i should have, brought the truck back before the 4pm deadline, I don't understand?

Took more than 30 mins to find the drop off box as it is located on the back side. Not as explained in the picture.

At drop off time, system was down which I understand it happens. The invoice was not sent to me until few days later although the store was open.

The person in this location was always in a hurry. When we returned the truck, he said he’s alone and can’t check the truck. I was not told what are my charges and how much. He said I will get my receipt from my email which I just got last night and thank you for Mr. Mathew Stone. He answers my email and inquiries so fast

I was over charged. I am so annoyed . I called 4 times, the guy there was clueless. I returned the car the same day and they charged me for 2 days and extra miles. I have photos of everything. So disappointed

The good, bad, and the ugly: Actual truck mileage was higher than stated on invoice when i picked up the truck. Gas level was lower than stated. Truck was clean enough but REEKED of cigarettes.(Nasty!) Equiptment paid for online was not available at the store but no refund was issued. (This is not the fault of the store but Uhaul itself)n No one is available to check the trucks in or out. (Honor System) This last one is an obviuos problem. The last few times I have used U Haul at other locations has been a cruddy experience. The gentalman who helped me at this one made the experience better regardless of any problems listed. MOST IMPORTANT, THE TRUCK THAT I ORDERED WAS ACTUALLY THERE AND THEY HAD MY RESERVATION. This has been a problem elsewhere. I would recommend this location to others but warn them of the lack of available equiptment and to not trust Uhaul's online system for making reservations. Go directly to pickup store if possible! Anyway, Thank you Postal Magic

Rental purchase process online led to what I viewed as deceptive practice. Online process did not clearly disclose any price variation for mileage traveled. The discounted rate of $19.99 is being portrayed as a standard low cost standard rate, when, in fact, it is highly limited. Pick up at the store was a terrible experience due to the store employee being unfamiliar with order process. Required him to call another store to be walked through process. 30 minute minimum delay in securing vehicle. Also was not informed of fueling policy which resulted in being charged over $1.50 a gallon more than normal fuel rates. Was not instructed to return vehicle to specific location. Had to move vehicle further upon return. Vehicle was inspected for operation of items that were not demonstrated to be functioning prior to pick up such as turn signal, brakes, lights,etc. Vehicle was dirty, even though it was brand new, according to mileage. Worst part was return and being charged $89 as the standard rate rather than $19.99 rate. Sketchy and arguably a bait and switch practice. Overall terrible experience. Not a business model I would recommend nor would I recommend anyone use Uhaul, in all honesty.

The key drop-off was difficult to find, some signage on the front of the store would be very helpful. Otherwise it was a very good experience!
