They gave us a dirty truck and then charged cleanup fee when returned 24 hour later. We fill the tank above their mark and still get charged $12. I send a response and ask for refund, hours later still not the decency of response. I want my $28 back first thing or will challenge charge. We have rented many hauls in the past and this is by far the worst, most underhanded treatment Not a good representation of your fine company.

I've been going to this location for a couple years and I'm always able get what I need, they are always friendly and helpful-and the price is right! We are very happy with them!

The van had shocks that felt like they needed to be replaced. Every time I hit a bump in the freeway the van bounced for 30 seconds, which made it difficult to steer if the bump happened to be on a curve. Also, the steering had too much slack in it, making it very easy to over-steer.

The plastic red release button on the driver’s side seat belt broke off, and I was unable to get it back in. I ended up having to make the 50 mile return trip back to the drop-off location without a working seat belt. Not good! I was told by the retailer that I rented the truck from that I should have called for roadside assistance to fix it but was told that could have taken several hours waiting for them. No way did I have time for that.

The truck & interaction with store personnel was fine. My problem is that there was no U-Haul Truck Share 24/7 at this location and U-Haul's reservation system allowed me to choose a pick-up time before the store opened and disrupted my whole day's schedule and added to the overall stress of moving. The website and mobile app gave me an error message when I tried to pick up the truck saying that it was scheduled for hand-pickup and needed to wait for the store to open. There was no visible, accessible lockers for the vehicle keys to be stored. I called U-Haul's customer service while I was waiting the half an hour for the store to open and was on hold for more than 15 minutes, possible 20 some minutes. The agent tried to be helpful but there wasn't anything that could be done.
