You made me to loose my furniture that I spent $1700 a month before, if you told me the truth at the time of booking that can not reserve me a 15 ft truck, at least I had 2 weeks to find another truck company or sell my furniture instead of giving them away for free, but you didn’t.

lin mRye location was awesome so was the agent, however The van was disgusting animal hair manure hay, dusty zero out of 10 for U haul vehicle cleaning and the outside was even worse
Sandra CThe rep within the store kept stating over and over I just hold the trucks and dont know much about U-Haul. She could not answer any of my questions. Also when I entered the cargo van that I rented I could not check the starting or ending mileage as the display would not clear the message stating 'OIL CHANGE NEEDED'. I will NEVER rent from this facility again!
