Easy check in and return of vehicle and cost of rental was extremely fair. Very good experience overall.

Paul BThe rental pick up location is a dump. The guy could not even rent the trailer to me as he said the computer was not working. He took photos of me as if I was a criminal and going to steal the trailer. Very unpleasant experience. It took over an hour to get out of the place.
Steven BI had to use the mobile pickup and the application was horrible. I arrived at 3pm, the truck was there, and it took 1,5 hours and multiple calls to finally get the truck. One problem that was unforeseeable was that my account had a hold on it as it was tied to someone else not paying in another state for their rental - the person on the phone who helped me cleared it but could not explain how it happened. I had just rented a truck 2 weeks earlier with no issues. But the biggest problem was that the application did not work on my android phone and had no link to start the truck pickup process. Finally my wife downloaded the app on her iphone and we were able to go through the mobile process and get the key to the truck. My feedback would be to fix the app so it works on android phones.

Michael ZFire RAJ he is just over all trash LOVES to argue with his customers I've NEVER came across such a disrespectful individual, almost worth a few nights in jail to text him a lesson,his type of behavior SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED BY ANY ONE.the business runs because of customers,but he feels otherwise.i would NEVER recommend this place none should have an individual insult you and scream at the customers especially when being polite and respectful.I really hope you guys take disciplinary actions to take care of RAJ person like him shouldn't even be among humanity,all mybyears of life I've never bin treated the way RAJ treated me for NO REASONS,I will never use him agin or ANY of my business partners and we use ALOT of rental trucks.please help the next customer and take some sort of action.thank you in advance (feel free to contact me for further assistance)

Jonathan RChecking app system failed employee/franchisee seemed to tolerate it well but was also frustrated . Gail needs to get better organized and tech system upgrades so things aren't crashing all the time.

Stephen Roverall everything went well until the drop off and using the automated system on my phone. i continued to log in and return the truck but it wouldn't give me the location i rented from as an option. it took several times of logging off and back on until the option of track my location came up and then it went smooth. was there for aprox 45 min trying to return the truck

BIJAN MOwner was a combative a$$hole.. Absolutely no people skills and could NOT have a reasonable conversation about an up charge for unfolded blankets that was NEVER communicated to me anywhere along the line… Love UHaul and gave used different trucks and trailers MANY times.. Would NEVER use UHaul again if I have to deal with the a$$hole at Postnet!!

Dale GThe customer service was terrible. Have terrible communication skills. Late problem came up need to extend truck. Cause the movers showed up late. Called back to extend. The owner said he was going to call the Police. Just unbelievable service. So I called U-Haul 800 number they apologized and extended another day. Just terrible experience. Never had this issue in all my years or renting. Totally unprofessional in every way. I told U-Haul 800 everything. But they resolved all in 5 mins. Thanks for U-Haul 800 only. There was more unprofessional dialogue. Unbelievable.

The proprietor was pleasant and helpful getting me checked in. (I'm a senior and needed help doing the check-in with my phone) Affordable rental rate. Equipment in good condition. Javier RTrain remote locations properly, stop telling customers things that cant be done and stop over charging customers to hit your locations sales goals. Follow up needs improvement and CSR interaction needs improvement. CSR reps are saying one thing and doing another in the system.

Edgardo SThis was the worst, least counter-intuitive moving experience I've ever had. Was given the option to check in with my phone as opposed to doing paperwork inside which made for the most miserable moving experience I've ever had. I will never use U-Haul again and will inform everyone I know that's moving of how difficult this process was made.
