On reservations this place shows 24/7 return. Returned truck and tow dolly on Sunday night the 6th. Lady at desk said no one was there to do the return and to come back tomorrow although this supposed to be a 24/7 return place. We left the truck and tow there and kept the key. Returned with the key on the morning of the 7th and the place was closed. I left the key in the truck and sent an email to a link in the email I received letting them know where the key is as there was no drop box. However on the 9th some one called to ask when I would return the truck. Really!!ELSUNASS W.

This drop off location was a laundry mat and very scratchy. I was told to disconnect the trailer myself and leave in the parking lot. I was very concerned that this dealer was not part of U-Haul. So, I took photos of the location, trailer and waited in the parking lot for a confirmation email. No paper work or inspection was completed nor given to me. I guess the email serves as a completed transaction. I hope.jason bryan H.
The equipment that included with my rental and was also charged for was not in the truck. I had to go to an actual uhual location and be charged TWICE for equipment that I did not initially receive. The lady did not speak English so we had to speak into her phone to have everything translated to each other in order to communicate. She took a photo of my drivers license and text it to someone (apparently the person who normally handles the reservations) and that was and is still unsettling, especially since I checked in and submitted a photo of my drivers license the same day that I rented the truck online. I almost missed my pick up for my washer/dryer because she did not know how to check me out and the person who does it wasn't answering the phone for her or texting back. She also tried to refuse to give me the truck because I arrived an hour earlier than my pick up time. My truck was the ONLY truck there and a uhual representative had told me over the phone that I could get there early to pick it up and it wouldn't be a problem. My experience was HORRIBLE and my move was extremely stressful because of this experience.IsisNashe S.
It was Washateria with a nice person that could not speak English. I got the trailer with way to long chains and need maintenance. Note I had to go the after the large uHaul location said they gave my restoration away because i was 4 min late. I was late due to road closed for 30min I could not turn around.Tim H.

There was NO one to help me disconnect the trailer. I had to ask a gentleman walking by. The facility wasn't clean and it had a foul smell.Audrey W.
It was an awful experience. I had made my reservation well in advance at a large, active and safe location Uhaul. The night before I received a call saying the location for pick up had changed and I received a text message giving the address and the time. When I got there the next day, the truck was there but the location was in a terrible, unsafe, and dangerous location. It was at a coin laundry that didn't even open until an hour AFTER my expected pick up time. Then the person did not speak English and knew nothing about my reservation. It took another hour using an APP translator just to get my truck. Once the truck was unlocked the dozen blankets were disgustingly filthy and the hand truck I had ordered and paid for was not available. I called customer service and was on hold for 30+ minutes only to have them tell me to call another number in order to place a complaint, which put me on hold for 45+ minutes. They offered 15 $discount. That is an insult to my time especially since THEY owed me a 10 $refund for the missing hand truck. Horrible experience.Jason I.
The whole thing took 45 min to get the equipment, i was the only one there, it took so long because no one spoke a lick of English and the whole thing took place over a cell phone with me texting someone else, they had to take a picture of my credit card which I was very hesitant about, but I needed the trailer to get my friends car back home and that was the only place I knew so I had to just take my chances, i will absolutely be watching my credit card for fraud now, the wait on the phone was also super terrible as well, also when I had called to let them know I was stuck in traffic I guess another store answered and she went to go ask some one a question, and her question to the other person for me was can you go get this little white bitch a phone number for the proper pick up place?, the whole thing was terrible, it was an overall bad experience al together, i have used uhaul several times in the past and have noticed a gradual decline in the manner in which yall do business, i feel like yall have reached rock bottom, i will not be looking to use you againbarry O.
Says you can drop off online , but there is no drop box on site for the keys . I had to shove my keys through the front door of the entrance to the â€œCoin Laundromatâ€ .michael C.

No Drop Box. Parking lot not clean. Could not understand the First Lady I spoke with when I first drop the u-haul off. I called the 800 number about 5x for verification of returning the truckCarolyn J.
The person spoke zero English, gave me the wrong equipment, and didnt know how to use the software causing all types of issues when I returned the trailer. Having received calls stating I never return equipment due to their incompetence is infuriating. Not likely to use uhaul ever again.Tyre J.

First auto trailer rented, the hydrologic to lift it was broken and the electrical wiring was also broken. Had to call out uhaul roadside assistance to help and he figured out the first auto transport was broken. This delayed our travel time by an hour.Chelsea J.

The location wasn't experienced and had an understanding of how the online bookings worked. When I was prompted to go inside and pickup the keys, the location wouldn't release them because they said it was dispatched and they were only showing to return the truck. After 35 minutes of talking with a Uhaul customer service and getting transferred to 3 different traffic division numbers, they finally told the clerk to release the keys. No fault of the clerk, I think it was the first time she had an online reservation. Then turning in the truck, I trie Ltd 3 different times to submit the return online and kept getting an error that said it couldn't complete the process. Said it was an error with uhaul and not mine. Again, it inconvenienced me in the timing in the front end and back end. No worries, I understand the technical issues. I think this particular location doesn't understand the online reservation process.Richard B.
I was very disappointed my reservation online was not accurately received. I clearly indicated that the origin and destination zip codes were different, even though they were similar. I did this so that I could drop at a different location from pick up. Unfortunately, the system did not work and I was forced to drop at the pickup location. U-Haul needs to fix this.J Martin A.

Rep had significant difficulties effecting transaction...required multiple attempts to enter data. No assurance in trailer hookup. Complete contract rental info not entered into system when I arrived even though I had set up with agent over phone at 800 number the night before.
