If there was a 10 foot cube van at this location I could have rented that one instead and saved $50 on the gabriola ferry . Can we please get one at that location so next time I can rent it . Thanks

Leanne DuncanI originally booked a van and when I arrived, the van wasnt there. The employee called the renter of the van and they indicated that they were out of province and will not be returning it in time. Employee was very apologetic and accommodating. She found another vehicle which was slightly bigger and did not charge extra. I only say the van wasnt clean as I had to clean the side mirrors as they were dirty and had very limited visibility

Barry SanfordI did an after hours drop off on a Sunday afternoon. There was little to no parking available. Very difficult to find a place to park the truck.
ANTHONY QUIRINGThe van needed an oil change making it difficult to know the kilometers. The seats were dirty. One of the employees was lying down on the couch, then stood up to get the van and then jumped onto the couch again making it an uncomfortable environment.

Grace BanksWe called the Cliff Street location prior to closing to enquire about after hours drop off. We were given instructions to leave the vehicle and put the key in the drop box, which we did the day before we were required to return the vehicle. Employees at this location neglected to check the vehicle in for two days, resulting in additional charges. We are now left to resolve the issue with customer service. Good thing we took photos of the vehicle in its parking space!
Monty MckayWe reserved a utility dolly with our van rental. When we went to pick it up, we were given an appliance dolly which was not helpful at all as we were not moving any appliances. When we requested a refund over the phone for the $25 we paid for the dolly, they said they would refund it but we were only refunded $7. It was a frustrating experience.

brian wildmanThe keys to the van I rented were lost . I ended up having to use a U-Haul van a quarter of the size I needed . Had to make multiple trips cause of it and spend more on gas and time as so many trips with smaller cube van and having to use my suv ,husbands suv and our van to fit everything . The staff were excellent but ,nope there is on where to put keys when done and check them in before leaving .

STEPHANIE DJELLALINeeds new wiper blades in this truck. They scrape against the window and are very loud. If left unchanged they will begin to damage the windshield.
Joel HellandI rented the truck and paid for all the equipment. After checking the truck, there was no equipment inside the truck and I had to move all my stuff without a dolly.I called customer service but they just passed together. I had the worst experience with you guys
