The van needed an oil change making it difficult to know the kilometers. The seats were dirty. One of the employees was lying down on the couch, then stood up to get the van and then jumped onto the couch again making it an uncomfortable environment.

Grace B.We called the Cliff Street location prior to closing to enquire about after hours drop off. We were given instructions to leave the vehicle and put the key in the drop box, which we did the day before we were required to return the vehicle. Employees at this location neglected to check the vehicle in for two days, resulting in additional charges. We are now left to resolve the issue with customer service. Good thing we took photos of the vehicle in its parking space!
Monty M.We reserved a utility dolly with our van rental. When we went to pick it up, we were given an appliance dolly which was not helpful at all as we were not moving any appliances. When we requested a refund over the phone for the $25 we paid for the dolly, they said they would refund it but we were only refunded $7. It was a frustrating experience.

brian W.The keys to the van I rented were lost . I ended up having to use a U-Haul van a quarter of the size I needed . Had to make multiple trips cause of it and spend more on gas and time as so many trips with smaller cube van and having to use my suv ,husbands suv and our van to fit everything . The staff were excellent but ,nope there is on where to put keys when done and check them in before leaving .
