Make sure all trailer necks and chains are off the ground and not covered in snow, ice, or mud. That's just common sense. Merci.

Don BI think you guys should offer discounts when the vehicle is returned in a timely matter I had to pay for four days with the truck and I only had it for 29 hours I had to make sure the truck was completely cleaned out however when I got the truck it still had other peoples garbage in there it hadn’t been cleaned or swept out

JULIAN JHad a trailer reserved at a nearby location. Received a call 2 days before that they didn't have the size trailer I wanted. The nearest was over 70 miles away. They could offer an extra day, but no price reduction for my gas and time to get this available trailer. What was the point of a reservation? I dropped off the right size trailer at my preferred location only 4 days before I was due to pick one up again. Couldn't they have just held onto it to fulfill their reservation responsibility? Very dissatisfied with U-Haul's reservation practices.
