There was no signage for the business. It's a suite inside a building but their suite has no signage or labeling on the door to confirm you're in the correct location. The phone number provided to me by uhaul was disconnected and the regional uhaul office was also unable to get in contact with them as well. Once I found the suite it took 15 minutes for them to locate the keys for the uhaul cause no one knew where they had been left. There was also a sticky note left on the outside of the driver window asking the uhaul to be moved or it would be towed.

We were given the wrong address for pickup, and the location kept changing up until the day before we were supposed to pick up.

We were sent to THREE locations to try and get a truck despite calling a day before to confirm the requested truck would be available at our set location. The second location we were sent to wasn't even a Uhaul location, as the website had the incorrect address. The truck also had engine issues which we realized HALF WAY to our desired location. Overall, the worst rental experience I've ever had, and will never use a Uhaul again. I'll take trips back and forth before ever considering using a Uhaul again.

Tried contacting this business for over a week after I returned my rental. Never could reach anyone so I was without my deposit for an entire week! I ended up having to call U Haul customer service and was able to be assisted on the 3rd call by a nice fellow named Dylan! No thanks to this location, I do Not recommend!

Truck was not clean, looked like a dog had been sleeping in the back. There was fur every where that I had to clean out before I could load my stuff. There was a girl at the office but she wasn't sure how to check me in and had a hard time finding the key to the truck. She was very kind and was trying to help, she needed to be trained on what to do.
