Update your app system not good service took me and hour and 30 mins to do the app system, it was extremely aggravating. My husband rented from a different location the next week had the same issues.

Too far from Americus. No reasonable gas station any where near there. Nobody on sight so no way to get help at all. Caused me ti be late and go over mileage allowed so had to pay extra - but again nobody there to discuss this with so I had to pay and take it!!!!!!

I have never been treated so wonderfully as when I used this location ! I have 7 children and 25 grandchildren as well as 2 great grandchildren. I use uhaul a LOT ! I do believe that the folks at this location need to be commended for their hard work and dedication . Definitely use them again.

This wasn't my drop off location and I still haven't gotten any of my deposit back! Will not use anymore nor recommend uhaul to anyone

It was an overall horrible experience . We came a little before closing and the guy who gave us the uhual was in a hurry and did no inspection of the truck before giving it to us . We didn't notice these issues until we started driving the vehicle . The brakes didn't work well . It was given to us with only a half tank yet we charged because we gave it back with only a little more than half a tank instead of full . It was given to us with only half a tank . Also this was the third location we had to go to because the two previous locations did not answer even though we came before closing time . We probably won't be using uhaul in the future. It was a nightmare from beginning to end .
